Webinar International Office UNNES : Effective Strategies in Strengthening Succsessfull Partnership for Autonomous Campus Implementation

Bidang International Office Universitas Negeri Semarang mengadakan Kegitan Webinar yang dilakukan secara Daring melalui aplikasi Zoom dan disiarkan langsung memalui Chanel YouTube UNNES, Rabu, 17/6.

Acara dengan narasumber Direktur SDM Pegadaian Moh Edi Isdwiarto, Plt Wakil Rektor Bidang Perencanaan dan Kerja Sama Unnes Dr Hendi Pratama SPd MA, dan atase Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Atikbud) KBRI di Kuala Lumpur Dr Mukhamad Farid Makruf, mengambil tema Effective Strategies in strengthening succsessfull Partnership for autonomous Campus Implementation.

Dr Hendi Pratama SPd MA dalam sambutannya menyampaikan terima kasih dan penghargaan kepada para Narasumber dan peserta Webinar. Unnes memiliki komitmen membangun Kampus Merdeka melalui penguatan kerja sama dan implementasinya. salah satu tujuan merdeka belajar adalah terserapnya lulusan Perguruan tinggi di Dunia Industri. UNNES terus menoreh prestasi seperti Peringkat 14 Versi 41CU 2020 berada pada 10 Perguruan Tinggi Nasional terbaik, Peringkat 72 Asia Tenggara, Peringkat 120 Asia, dan Peringkat 6060 Perguruan Tinggi Dunia. UNNES sedang mengembangkan kurikulum kampus merdeka, mempersiapkan program magang mahasiswa, dan penyiapan menjadi LPTK rujukan,imbuhnya.
lebih lanjut ia menegaskan World class university merupakan suatu ukuran untuk meningkatkan peringkat suatu perguruan tinggi di dunia, Untuk mewujudkan world class university secara optimal, suatu Universitas harus mampu menempatkan diri sejajar dengan universitas terkemuka di dunia. ada empat pilar kunci pendekatan universitas kelas dunia, yaitu research quality, teaching quality, graduate employability, dan international outlook. International outlook dan research quality merupakan salah satu langkah yang sedang dijalankan oleh Universitas Negeri Semarang, dengan menjalankan international outlook maka akan mengetahui kekuatan kerja sama hubungan internasional dengan universitas lain di seluruh dunia, dan dengan research quality akan mengetahui indikator seberapa baik publikasi penelitian suatu universitas yang dilihat dari kualitas penelitian, banyaknya paper yang dipublikasikan.

Sementara narasumber lain Direktur SDM Pegadaian Moh Edi Isdwiarto menyampampaikan perlunya pendidikan tinggi melakukan lompatan-lompatan implementasi di era New Normal untuk menciptakan inovasi (Future Practice), dan memiliki kreativitas dalam merespon keadaan. Hal ini searah dengan narasumber Atikbud KBRI di Kuala Lumpur Dr Mukhamad Farid Makruf bahwa perguruan tinggi perlu merubah mindset orientasi masa depan dengan Future Practice melalui keterampilan adaptasi pola pikir, kolaborasi, problemsolving serta inovasi, dan telnologi centric. Itu merupakan skil yang penting untuk menghadapi keadaan di masa Pandemi Covid-19.
