Suvifor UNNES Siapkan 3 Tim Ikuti KRTI 2020

Akibat pandemi yang belum usai Kontes Robot Terbang Indonesia (KRTI) 2020 yang seharusnya diadakan di Lampung akan di laksanakan secara daring dari lokasi terbang yang telah ditentukan masing-masing peserta.

Hal tersebut tidak mengurungkan tekad UNNES Flying Object Researc (Suvifor) menurunkan 3 tim sekaligus dalam ajang KRTI tahun ini.

Tim Suvifor yang terdiri dari divisi Racing Plane, Fixed Wing, dan Vertical Take-Off Landing (VTOL) telah mengikuti tahapan monitoring dan evaluasi (monev) dari Direktorat Jendral Pembelajaran dan Kemahasiswaan (Belmawa) untuk dinilai kelayakan tempat, kecepatan jaringan internet dan kesiapan wahana (drone) yang akan diikutsertakan.

Tim KRTI Suvifor dari Divisi Racing Plane beranggotakan Bondan Eka Nugraha(Project Manager & Pilot), Deni Bagus P. (Design & Launcher Development), dan Sulthan Ibrahim (Ground Control Station).

Divisi Fixed Wing beranggotakan Renaldi Setiawan (Project Manager & Design), Naufal Farras (Pilot & Manufacturing), Fais Damaryanto(Ground Control Station)

Divisi VTOL beranggotakan Fikri Muhanna (Project Manager & AI System Development), M. Ammar Nabil (Pilot & Electrical), dan Diah Widyaningrum (Ground Control Station)

Divisi Fixed Wing yang akan terbang dengan jarak tempuh 10 KM untuk misi drop logistik dan pemetaan lahan direncanakan akan terbang di daerah Kabupaten Kendal, bersamaan dengan divisi Racing Plane di kawasan yang sama. Sedangkan divisi VTOL akan dilaksanakan di sekitar kampus UNNES.

Technical Team Suvifor, Bondan Eka Nugraha mengungkapkan KRTI yang berbeda pada tahun ini menuntut kerja keras yang ekstra untuk keberlangsungan kontes.

“Selain performa dan kualitas terbang wahana, kita juga perlu mempersiapkan segala kebutuhan di lapangan. Yang jelas, 3 wahana Suvifor telah siap untuk ikut serta dalam ajang KRTI,” ucap Bondan Eka, Minggu (18/10).

Manager Suvifor Ari Dwi P mengemukakan target tahun ini menyelesaikan misi dengan baik dan meraih hasil yang maksimal.

“kebanggaan bagi kami dapat ikut serta dalam KRTI tahun 2020 serta mengembangkan drone untuk berbagai kepentingan dan mengharumkan nama UNNES mendunia,” tutur Ari.

Sementara itu, Rektor UNNES Prof Dr Fathur Rokhman MHum berharap mahasiswa UNNES dapat menjadi juara pada setiap divisi lombanya dan ikut serta dalam pengembangan teknologi UAV(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) di Indonesia yang sedang marak untuk diimplementasikan pada berbagai sektor, pungkas Prof Fathur.
