Rektor UNNES Ajak Hidup Bersih dan Sehat

Rektor Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) Prof Dr Fathur Rokhman MHum mengajak kepada warga UNNES dan masyarakat luas untuk hidup bersih dan sehat.

Ajakan itu terkait dengan mewabahnya virus corona yang sudah menyebar di seluruh dunia termasuk Indonesia.

“Untuk itu mari jaga diri kita dan keluarga dengan cara hidup bersih dan sehat, karena virus corona bisa dicegah masuk ke dalam tubuh manusia bila memiliki daya tahan yang kuat”, ajak Rektor UNNES Prof Fathur Rokhman.

Prof Fathur juga mengatakan, virus corona dapat ditangkal dengan menjalani pola hidup sehat, sehingga masyarakat diharapkan untuk tidak panik menyikapi wabah tersebut. Kebersihan sehari-hari juga akan memberikan kontribusi yang sangat berharga.

Prof Fathur menjelaskan, gejala pneumonia akibat infeksi virus corona ini memiliki gejala yang sama seperti pneumonia pada umumnya yakni demam, batuk kering, lemas, dan sesak nafak.

Untuk itu, pencegahan sangat berharga dari pada pengobatan diantaranya dapat dilakukan dengan mencuci tangan dengan antiseptik, menutup mulut saat batuk/bersin, makan makanan bergizi, cukup istirahat, hindari kontak dengan orang sakit, gunakan masker, dan kunsultasi kesehatan ke dokter.
