Percepat Pengembangan Budaya Wirausaha, UNNES Selenggarakan Webinar Jajanan Sehat

Gelombang revolusi industri 4.0 telah membawa perubahan fundamental pada berbagai tatanan kehidupan global. Hal ini ditandai dengan semakin berkembangnya kreativitas dan inovasi dengan pemanfaatan industri kreatif di berbagai bidang, termasuk makanan.

Merespon perubahan pada masa pandemi saat ini, Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) menyelenggarakan Webinar bertema ”Pemasaran Makanan Jajanan Sehat Berbasis Pangan Lokal di Masa Pandemi Covid-19”.

Hadir secara virtual, Dekan Fakultas Teknik Dr Nur Qudus MT IPM mengapresiasi penyelenggaraan Webinar ini.

“Webinar ini terselenggara karena kita merespon kebutuhan saat ini, bagaimana melakukan pemasaran makanan jajanan sehat berbasis pangan lokal di masa pandemi covid-19. Jadi diharapkan kegiatan ini akan mampu mempercepat proses pengembangan budaya kewirausahaan di Perguruan Tinggi,” jelas Dr Nur Qudus.

Webinar ini menghadirkan Ir Siti Fathonah MKes, Dr Rina Rachmawati SE MM, dan Dr Feddy Setio Pribadi SPd MT.

Ir Siti Fathonah MKes menjelaskan pentingnya memahami syarat makanan jajanan sehat di tengah wabah pandemi saat ini.

“Beberapa hal penting yang perlu diperhatikan sebagai syarat makanan jajanan sehat yakni mengandung gizi yang cukup dan seimbang serta aman,” papar Ir Siti Fathonah MKes.

Lantas, imbuhnya, bagaimana cara untuk memilih makanan jajanan yang sehat dan aman. Pertama, menghindari makanan jajanan yang dijual di tempat terbuka, kotor, dan tercemar. Kedua, menghindari makanan jajanan yang dibungkus dengan kertas bekas atau koran.

Sementara itu, Dr Rina Rachmawati SE MM menyampaikan materi tentang cara sukses kelola pemasaran makanan di masa pandemi. Kemudian Webinar dilanjutkan oleh Dr Feddy Setio Pribadi SPd MT yang memaparkan tentang launching website sekarayuboga.com
