OJK dan FH UNNES Kolaborasi Mengajar

Fakultas Hukum Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) bekerjasama dengan OJK (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) menyelenggarakan kegiatan bertajuk “OJK Mengajar” di ruang borobudur lantai tiga gedung Prof Retnoningsih Satmoko LP2M,jumat(1/11).

OJK Mengajar ini menjadi salah satu kegiatan dalam rangka HUT OJK yang ke 8.

hadir ratusan mahasiswa baik dari universitas negeri maupun swasta se semarang raya, Ongki Wanadjati Dana Direktur Utama Bank BTPN, Ahmad Sentosa Kepala Regional OJK Jateng DIY, WR III UNNES Dr Abdurrahman MPd, dan Dekan Fakultas Hukum Dr Rodiyah SPd SH MSi.

Heru Kristiyana Kepala Eksekutif Pengawas Perbangkan merangkap Anggota Dewan Komisioner OJK Indonesia dalam paparannya menyampaikan pentingnya lembaga ini dalam mengawasi lembaga keuangan seperti bank, pegadaian, dan lembaga-lembaga jasa keuangan serta lembaga investasi.

Heru menjelaskan, istilah investasi bodong dan mekanisme pohon emas dimana investasi sejumlah rupiah adalah salah satu kejahatan yang diawasi dan di tindak oleh lembaga OJK agar masyarakat terlindung dari tipu daya dari orang yang tidak bertanggung jawab.

OJK merupakan regulator lembaga keuangan yang independen dan berfungsi untuk menyelenggarakan sistem pengaturan dan pengawasan yang terintegrasi terhadap keseluruhan kegiatan dalam sektor jasa keuangan, serta melindungi konsumen industri jasa keuangan.

Selain itu, OJK juga menjadi mediator jika terjadi sengketa antara nasabah dan pihak lembaga investasi maupun perbankan.

Pada website OJK banyak lembaga yang telah terdaftar dan lembaga dalam pengawasan OJK sehingga pelanggaran maupun kejahatan yang akan maupun sudah dilakukan terpantau oleh OJK.

acara yang dilanjutkan dengan tanya jawab ini berlangsung santai dimana yang dapat menjawab pertanyaan dari Heru mendapat 1 buah sepeda.

Wakil Rektor Bidang Akademik Prof Dr Zaenuri SE MSi Akt dalam sambutannya menceritakan tentang pengalaman ketika berada di hirosima university Jepang, dan bertemu dengan CEO Mazda yang merupakan pabrikan mobil terkenal di jepang.

CEO Mazda masih menyempatkan mengajar di hirosima university di sela sela kesibukan yang luar biasa, bahkan kami bertemu dan rapat dalam keadaan berdiri, imbuhya.

Perhatian dan contoh yang luar biasa terhadap dunia pendidikan dimana kolaborasi ekonomi bisnis yang membuka lapangan kerja dengan pendidikan yang menyediakan sumber daya manusia.

Berangkat dari hal tersebut saya mengundang CEO BTPN dipersilakan membuka semacam counter di kampus UNNES dan Komisioner OJK dapat menjadi dosen tidak tetap untuk mengajar di kampus konservasi dan mendapat gelar profesor dari UNNES sehingga generasi Indonesia emas tahun 2045 dapat tercapai.h7
