Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Requesting Academic and Student Activity Letters

In order to order the administration and accelerate the service of student activities within FMIPA Semarang State University, we need to convey the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the Academic and Student Activity Letter Application Service served at the Academic and Student Administration FMIPA UNNES as follows:

  5. Thesis / Thesis / Dissertation Observation Permit
  6. FMIPA Prigel Implementation Permit/Independent Internship
  7. Letter of Assignment / Permit to Participate in Activities
  8. Course Observation Permit
  9. Cover Letter for MPA
  10. Certificate of Graduation (SKL)
  11. Cover Letter for Loss of KTM
  12. Legalization of diplomas and transcripts
  13. Dean’s Signature
  1. Service Procedure

  1. Correspondence requests that can be served by the Faculty are only:

  1. Lecturer/Staff of FMIPA
  2. Mahasiswa FMIPA (D3/S1/S2/S3)
  3. Alumni FMIPA

  1. Letter Application Flow

  1. Lecturer

  1. Submit an application letter to the Dean of FMIPA and submit it through the General Administration, Human Resources and Cooperation Section of FMIPA UNNES or can be through the following link:  s.id/PermohonanSuratTugasDosenTendik
  2. Complete the required supporting files
  3. Periodically check the application that has been submitted via email or telegram (for applications for Assignment Letters/Activity Permits)
  4. If up to 3 (three) working days from the date of submission still do not receive a reply to the letter, you can confirm directly at the Academic and Student Administration of FMIPA (Building D12 1st Floor)

NOTE:

  1. The standard for completion is 3 (three) working days from the time the letter is disposed of/delivered at the Academic and Student Administration Section
  2. The collection of the finished letter can be done directly at the Academic and Student Affairs Administration Section (Building D12 1st Floor) or will be sent via email/cellphone number recorded in the application letter

  1. Fill out the application according to the letter template required through MYUNNES-STUDENTS for the following letters:

  1. Research License Service.
  2. Active Letter Service for Lectures
  3. Observation Letter Service.
  4. Expert Validator Application Service
  5. Certificate of Graduation Service
  6. KTM Lost Mail Service
  7. Scholarship Recommendation Letter Service
  8. Course Observation Letter Service
  9. PRIGEL Implementation License Service / Independent Internship
  10. For Student Study History Printing Service, please apply to the Academic and Student Administration through https://s.id/RiwayatNilaiAkademik
  1. Complete the required supporting files
  2. Periodically check the applications that have been submitted either through the application MYUNNES-STUDENTS
  3. If up to 3 (three) working days from the date of submission still do not receive a reply to the letter, you can confirm directly at the Academic and Student Administration of FMIPA (Building D12 1st Floor)

Nw. If there are problems in the application, students can submit an application letter directly to the Dean and submit it through the General Administration, Human Resources and Cooperation Section to be disposed of. The Academic and Student Affairs Section will process the application within 3 (three) working days from the time the letter is disposed of/delivered to the Academic and Student Affairs Section

Terms and Conditions of Application:

  1. submit a letter in writing to the Dean of FMIPA UNNES
  2. Attach a photocopy of a diploma or transcript
  • Offline Diploma and Transcript Legalization Services.

Terms and Conditions of Application:

  1. Submit a photocopy of the diploma/transcript to be legalized (maximum 5 sheets each)
  2. Present original degree/transcript
