The center of this study will examine, explore, reconstruct the knowledge of the community contained in culture, ethics, morals, and noble values of ethnic groups and local wisdom of the Indonesian nation which contains the concept of MIPA which are recognized into knowledge knowledge (scientific knowledge). The results of reconstruction of scientific knowledge are conceptualized, validated, documented, and integrated in MIPA learning tools. Development of design models, approaching, learning media, learning tools and evaluation tools, and the MIPA curriculum is one of the concerns in this study center. Testing the effectiveness of a “innovative product” both learning models, software products, hardware that has been developed and disseminated to be the most important part of this study center. The center of this study is also always adaptive to the development and demands in the current discourse state, so that the integration of Etno-Stem-based MIPA learning can be integrated with the demands of learning in this 21st century era.
