MECHANISM FOR SUBMITTING WITHDRAWAL AS A STUDENT OF THE FACULTY OF MATHEMATICS AND NATURAL SCIENCES SEMARANG STATE UNIVERSITY

In the context of orderly administration and acceleration of academic and student services within the FMIPA Semarang State University environment, we need to convey the Mechanism for Submitting Resignations as FMIPA UNNES Students which is served in the FMIPA UNNES Academic and Student Administration as follows:

A. Requirements for Students Applying for Resignation as Students

  1. Still active as a student/no DO (Drop Out) status.
  2. Have completed all financial obligations, borrowing books from the library and borrowing equipment from the laboratory.

B. Letter Request Flow

Student

  1. Fill out the resignation request letter and statement letter according to the sample letter provided via the following link: https://s.id/SuratpengunduranDiriMahasiswaFMIPA
  2. Request approval from the study program coordinator and parents/guardians of the student concerned.
  3. Complete the required supporting files.
  4. Submit an application letter and statement letter along with supporting file attachments to the FMIPA Academic and Student Affairs Administration Section for further processing.
  5. The application letter to the Vice Chancellor for Academic and Student Affairs will be sent by the Academic and Student Affairs Administration Section within a maximum of 3 (three) working days after the letter is disposed of at the FMIPA Academic and Student Affairs Administration Section. If up to 3 (three) working days from the date of application you still have not received a copy of the letter addressed to the Vice Chancellor for Academic and Student Affairs, students can confirm directly at the FMIPA Academic and Student Affairs Administration Section (Building D12, 1st Floor, FMIPA UNNES).
  6. Students can check regularly at the following link: https://siradi2.unnes.ac.id/ via the TRACKING LETTER menu to be able to see the letter process using the Letter Number listed in the application letter to the Vice Chancellor for Academic and Student Affairs. If the position of the letter has arrived at the DAKK Academic and Student Services Section, then students can confirm with the DAKK Academic and Student Services Section (1st Floor Rectorate Building) for the next process.
