Grobogan, September 20, 2023 – Today, Technopark Grobogan witnessed a significant collaboration between Kedaireka MF Batch 3, Putra Tunggal SMEs, and several experienced lecturers from Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes) and Universitas Stikubank (Unisbank). The event, with the theme “Innovation in Making Filter Membranes from Soybean Waste,” aimed to provide training to Putra Tunggal SMEs on how to process soybean waste into economically valuable products, as a step towards ecological sustainability.
The event began with speeches from Prof. Dr. Siti Harnina Bintari, M.S., the coordinator of the KEDAIREKA MF Batch 3 activity, Bu Nurul Kurnia, the director of Technopark, and Ir. Nurkhamid, M.M, who provided profound insights into the significance of innovation in soybean waste processing. Meanwhile, Prof. Dr. Masturi, M.Si., and Dr. Alamsyah, S.Si., M.Kom, also shared valuable insights into the development of environmentally friendly soy-based products.
Furthermore, the participation of lecturers from Unisbank, R.R Dewi Handayani Untari, S.Kom., M.Kom, enriched the discussion with a deep understanding of developing soy-based product sales.
The main activity of this meeting was an intensive training session that provided detailed information on how to process soybean waste into high-quality filter membranes. By involving tempe and tofu producers in Grobogan as the primary target, this program aims to realize a shared vision of creating environmentally friendly products.
Kedaireka MF Batch 3 and Putra Tunggal SMEs hope that this initiative will be a positive first step in achieving the concept of a sustainable Green Economy_Green SME. With the support of experts and practitioners in the field, they are optimistic that products made from soybean waste can be a sustainable solution for a better future.
