Registration Information for Rumah Amal UNNES Scholarship, Odd Semester 2023/2024

A. Types of Scholarships (choose only one)

1. Regular Scholarship: Monthly living allowance for 6 months/1 semester, amounting to Rp 400,000 per month.
2. UKT Assistance: Assistance for semester tuition fees with a maximum nominal aid of Rp 2,400,000 for 1 semester.
3. Al-Quran Memorization Scholarship (Tahfidz): Scholarship for payment of semester tuition fees and living expenses every month until semester 8, if the memorization test is passed, with the following provisions:
   • Number of Memorized Juz Full UKT Living Cost/Month
     • 20 Juz √ 700,000
     • 25 Juz √ 800,000
     • 30 Juz √ 950,000

B. General Requirements

1. Active UNNES students up to a maximum of semester 7 and of Islamic faith.
2. Coming from economically disadvantaged families.
3. Have not received any scholarships or financial assistance for education from any party in the current year.
4. Students choose the type of scholarship according to their needs.
5. Special requirement for Tahfidz Scholarship: Students must have memorized a minimum of 20 Juz of the Quran and attach a legalized Certificate/Proof of Memorization from the respective Islamic boarding school/institution. (Students who received the Tahfidz Scholarship in the previous semester do not need to reapply)

C. Required Documents

1. Students must attach the Scholarship Consideration Data Form (can be downloaded at: bit.ly/FormBeasiswaRumahAmal), known and signed by the academic advisor.
2. Scan of Student Identification Card (KTM).
3. Scans of Identity Card (KTP) and Family Card (KK).
4. Letter of Verification of Financial Inability issued by the local Village/Subdistrict Office (Tahfidz Scholarship applicants do not need to attach SKTM).
5. Letter of Statement stating that the student is not currently receiving any scholarships or financial assistance for tuition fees from any party in the current year (download).
6. Attachment of Grade Transcript for all completed courses.
7. Proof of payment for previous semester tuition fees (UKT).
8. Proof of salary/income of parents/guardians.
9. Death certificate if parents are deceased.
10. Recommendation letter from the Dean.
11. Scan of Certificate/Proof of Memorization for Tahfidz Scholarship applicants.

D. Registration Mechanism

1. Students must register with UNNES Amal House through the following link: https://bit.ly/BeasiswaRumahAmal
2. Complete and upload the required documents.
3. The application must be submitted no later than Monday, July 24, 2023, at 23:59 WIB.

E. Schedule

1. Registration: July 13-24, 2023 (Online Registration)
2. Verification and Selection: July 25-27, 2023 (UNNES Amal House Scholarship Selection Team)
3. Announcement of Successful Applicants by UNNES Amal House: July 28, 2023 (lazis.unnes.ac.id website and Notification to Faculties)
4. Orientation, Contract, and Disbursement of Scholarships: July 31 – August 2, 2023 (UNNES Amal House)
