Wednesday, July 5, 2023, became a special day for FMIPA UNNES as it received blessings with the inauguration of two new professors. The new professors of FMIPA are Prof. Dr. dr. Nugrahaningsih WH, M.Kes., and Prof. Dr. Masturi, M.Si. Prof. Dr. dr. Nugrahaningsih WH, M.Kes. was inaugurated as a professor in the field of Physiology, while Prof. Dr. Masturi, M.Si. was inaugurated as a professor in the field of Composite Material Science. The inauguration ceremony was held together with eight other new professors, namely Prof. Dr. Abdurrahman, M.Pd. (FT), Prof. Dr. Hartono, M.Pd. (FBS), Prof. Dr. Muhammad Khumaedi, M.Pd. (FT), Prof. Dr. Puji Hardati, M.Si. (FISIP), Prof. Dr. Arief Yuliyanto, S.E., M.M. (FEB), Prof. Dr. Setya Rahayu, M.S. (FIK), Prof. Dr. Cahyo Budi Utomo, M.Pd. (FISIP), and Prof. Dr. Amin Pujiati, S.E., M.Si. (FEB).
The inauguration ceremony was led by the Rector of UNNES, Prof. Dr. S Martono, M.Si., held at the Auditorium of UNNES Prof. Wuryanto Building, Sekaran Campus, and was broadcasted live on the UNNES YouTube channel starting at 07:30 AM (WIB).
The inauguration began with the reading of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia’s Decree on the appointment of professors by the Vice Rector for General Affairs and Finance of Semarang State University, Prof. Heri Yanto, M.B.A., Ph.D.
In her inauguration as a Professor in the field of Physiology, Prof. Dr. dr. Nugrahaningsih WH, M.Kes. delivered her scientific oration entitled “Hypotension: From Genes to Therapy.”
In his inauguration as a Professor in the field of Composite Material Science, Prof. Dr. Masturi, M.Si. delivered his scientific oration entitled “Composite Engineering for Environmentally Friendly Material Production.”
The professorial inauguration was conducted by the Rector of UNNES, Prof. Dr. S Martono, M.Si., accompanied by the Chairman of the University’s Academic Senate.
In his speech, the Rector of UNNES, Prof. Dr. S Martono, M.Si., expressed congratulations and success to the new professors and expressed gratitude for the addition of these UNNES professors.
The Dean and the entire academic community of FMIPA UNNES congratulate and wish success to Prof. Dr. dr. Nugrahaningsih WH, M.Kes. and Prof. Dr. Masturi, M.Si., as well as the eight professors from FISIP, FEB, FBS, FT, and FIK who were also inaugurated. May this new responsibility increase the opportunities for their knowledge to be more blessed and beneficial to everyone, amen.
With the addition of these new professors, may it further motivate the academic community at FMIPA UNNES to work and strengthen UNNES and FMIPA as an Innovative, Religious, Excellent, and Meaningful (Re-Uber) institution towards its vision of becoming a Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences with a conservation-oriented international reputation.
