Referring to Graduation Announcement Number: B/9190/UN37/2023 regarding the Implementation of Graduation Ceremony for Doctoral, Master’s, Professional, Bachelor’s, and Diploma Programs of Universitas Negeri Semarang in 2023, and in order to provide more opportunities for Universitas Negeri Semarang graduates to participate in the graduation ceremony, we would like to inform you about the revised schedule for the latest graduation ceremony in 2023 as follows:

A. Schedule of Graduation Ceremony 2023

Payment: February 7 to May 15, 2023.
Data Finalization: February 7 to May 16, 2023.
Planned Graduation Ceremony: June 13 and 14, 2023.
116th CeremonyGraduation data collection at Yudisium: May 22 to July 7, 2023 (Maximum graduation quota of 1600).
Payment: May 23 to July 11, 2023.
Data Finalization: May 23 to July 12, 2023.
Planned Graduation Ceremony: August 9 and 10, 2023.
117th CeremonyGraduation data collection at Yudisium: July 17 to September 8, 2023 (Maximum graduation quota of 1600).
Payment: July 18 to September 12, 2023.
Data Finalization: July 18 to September 13, 2023.
Planned Graduation Ceremony: October 11 and 12, 2023.
118th CeremonyGraduation data collection at Yudisium: September 18 to October 27, 2023 (Maximum graduation quota of 1600).
Payment: September 19 to October 31, 2023.
Data Finalization: September 19 to November 1, 2023.
Planned Graduation Ceremony: December 6 and 7, 2023.

Note:

  1. Data collection process at Yudisium is carried out on working days and service hours.
  2. If there are changes in the planned graduation ceremony, further information will be provided on the website http://wisuda.unnes.ac.id.

B. General Provisions

Registration and determination of graduation periods are done through the yudisium process in each faculty or Postgraduate School after completing the SBVT validation process through SIKADU.

C. Registration Flow as a Graduation Participant

  1. Complete the yudisium process through the respective Faculty or Postgraduate School and be registered as a graduation applicant/participant. The determination of the number of graduation applicants in each graduation period is based on the predetermined time or quota.
  2. Fill in and validate the correctness of the registration form and finalize graduation data online through the website http://wisuda.unnes.ac.id.
  3. Make the graduation payment to BNI 1946 throughout Indonesia by showing the PIN number on the registration page (specifically for non-UKT students).
  4. Finalize the graduation registration data through the website http://wisuda.unnes.ac.id.
  5. Graduation applicants print the graduation registration proof through the website http://wisuda.unnes.ac.id.
  6. If the graduation data collection time is finished or the graduation quota is fulfilled, it will automatically move to the next graduation period.

D. Graduation Requirements

The collection of graduation ceremony equipment (robe, cap, and sash) is provided by the UNNES Student Cooperative according to the established mechanism and schedule. The samir and invitations for graduate guardians are collected at the academic service counter on the 1st floor of the Rectorate Building (the collection schedule will be announced later).

E. Other

  1. Students who have paid tuition fees through UKT are not charged for graduation.
  2. Diplomas and transcripts will be handed over to graduates during the University Graduation Ceremony.
  3. Attire for graduates during the graduation ceremony is as follows:
    • Men: White long-sleeved shirt, dark-colored trousers, shoes, and socks.
    • Women: National attire (long skirt and kebaya).
    • Wearing graduation attire such as a toga, cap, samir with the UNNES logo, and placing the graduation participant number on the left chest.
  4. Graduate data (full name, place of birth, date of birth, ID number, course name, thesis/thesis/dissertation/Indonesian/English title, and GPA) contained in the Diploma/Transcript/SKPI Specimen will be used as the basis for printing graduation documents. Note: The accuracy of the data provided is the responsibility of the graduate.
  5. Any errors in the data written on the Diploma/Transcript/SKPI due to the candidate’s negligence in checking the diploma/transcript specimen will not be reprinted, and only a certificate of correction for the Diploma/Transcript/SKPI will be provided.
  6. The implementation of the graduation ceremony under certain situations and conditions will be communicated through separate announcements and will be announced on the website: https://wisuda.unnes.ac.id.
  7. Negligence in reading and understanding this announcement is at the graduate’s own risk and responsibility. Graduation will be conducted online, limited offline, or offline according to the prevailing conditions.
  8. To ensure the smooth processing of diplomas, transcripts, and SKPI, it is expected that you register yourself according to the specified time.
