Announcement of Results & Disbursement of Phase I Funds for Research and Community Service, DPA FMIPA UNNES 2023

Based on the Rector’s Decree of Universitas Negeri Semarang Number B/388/UN37/HK/2023 regarding the Implementation of Research and Community Service at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Negeri Semarang, the Rector of Universitas Negeri Semarang has decided to establish the following:

First, the implementation of research and community service at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Negeri Semarang, as stated in the Annex of this Decree.

Second, the implementation of research and community service at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Negeri Semarang, as referred to in the first clause, includes:

1. the name of the proposer;
2. the research and community service scheme;
3. the title of the research and community service proposal;
4. the amount of research and community service funds; and
5. the source of research and community service funds.

Third, all expenses related to the implementation of research and community service at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Negeri Semarang, will be charged to the DPA funds of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Negeri Semarang, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Fourth, this decision is effective from the date of issuance until December 31, 2023.

It is also announced that for the Disbursement of Phase I Funds (70%) for Research and Community Service, researchers/participants are requested to print and submit several documents including:

1. Research/Community Service Agreement – 2 copies
2. Statement of Originality – 1 copy
3. Statement of Commitment to the Implementation of Research/Community Service – 1 copy
4. Integrity Pact for Outputs – 1 copy
5. Statement of Absolute Responsibility – 1 copy
6. SPTB 70% – 1 copy
7. Receipt for Phase 1 – 1 copy
8. Payment Minutes
9. Rp. 10,000 stamps, 8 pieces
10. These documents can be submitted to the Finance Department (Mr./Ms. Ninik P) from May 29 to June 6, 2023, during office hours.
