Semarang State University (UNNES) is one of the Teacher Education Institutions (LPTK) that has produced thousands of teachers with outstanding achievements. In the context of the 58th anniversary, UNNES presents awards to 10 teachers who are UNNES alumni and have served in the Frontier, Outermost, and Disadvantaged (3T) regions. This award is a recognition of dedication, achievements, and contributions to the alumni, packaged in the Pioneer Teacher Award in 3T Regions program for the year 2023. The aim of this award is to encourage UNNES alumni teachers to excel in their work and inspire other alumni.

Successful pioneer teachers will receive an e-certificate and a mentoring fund. The award presentation will take place during the peak celebration of UNNES’ 58th anniversary in June 2023. The teachers will be evaluated by the committee based on the general criteria of Leadership, Commitment, and Contribution. The data of the potential award recipients will be received and processed by the Teacher Professional Development and Certification Center, LP3 UNNES. The data of the potential award recipients will then be submitted to the selection committee.

Requirements:

The award recipients must meet the following criteria:

  1. Be an individual currently serving as a teacher in a 3T region.
  2. Have completed their education, whether undergraduate, PPG, or postgraduate, at IKIP Semarang/UNNES, as evidenced by a soft copy of the diploma, transcript, or teacher certification (for PPG alumni) issued by IKIP Semarang/UNNES.
  3. Fill out the Pioneer Teacher Award in 3T Regions 2023 form.
  4. Create a documentary video describing their profile.
  5. Create a portfolio.
  6. Submit supporting materials/documents for evaluation, such as photocopies of previously received awards, newspaper clippings, photo/video documentation of activities, and other relevant materials.
  7. Submit a curriculum vitae (maximum 2 pages).
