Through Circular Letter No. B/6924/UN37.1.4/KP/2023 regarding the Mechanism of Vice Dean Selection at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Semarang State University (FMIPA UNNES) for the Period 2023-2028, it is informed that based on the Letter of the Vice Rector for Planning, General Affairs, Human Resources, and Finance, Semarang State University, No. T/6200/UN37/KP/2023 regarding the Selection of Vice Dean Candidates, guided by the Rector’s Regulation No. 12 of 2023 concerning the Requirements, Procedures for Appointment and Dismissal, and Duties of Deans and Vice Deans of Semarang State University, the following points are conveyed:
- Vacancies for Vice Dean Structural Positions at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Semarang State University for the Period 2023-2028 are as follows:
- Vice Dean for Academic Affairs and Student Affairs.
- Vice Dean for Planning and Resources.
- Vice Dean for Business, Research, and Cooperation.
- Prospective Vice Dean Candidates must meet the requirements stated in Rector’s Regulation No. 12 of 2023, namely:
- Civil servant lecturers, with a minimum education level of a Master’s degree (S2).
- At least holding the academic position of Lecturer.
- Prospective Vice Dean Candidates who meet the requirements in point 2 are required to submit a written concept with the development of the Faculty, which includes:
- Background and SWOT analysis.
- Vision.
- Strategy.
- Programs and action plans.
- Performance targets.
- Curriculum vitae (CV).
- Participating faculty members must submit a video recording containing a presentation of the written concept.
- Faculty members participating in the Vice Dean selection are required to submit the following documents:
- Photocopy of the appointment decree as a civil servant.
- Photocopy of Identity Card (KTP).
- Integrity pact statement.
- Statement of willingness to become Vice Dean.
- The last two years’ work performance report (SKP).
- A statement letter stating:
- Not currently undergoing study leave for more than 6 (six) months or study permit for advanced studies that leaves the duties of the Three Pillars of Higher Education.
- Not currently undergoing moderate or severe disciplinary sanctions known to the faculty leadership.
- Not currently receiving academic and non-academic sanctions from UNNES, known by the Vice Rector for Field II.
- Not currently temporarily released from the academic position of a lecturer due to holding a structural position outside of UNNES that leaves the duties of the Three Pillars of Higher Education.
- Police Record Certificate (SKCK).
- Health Certificate.
- Photocopy of the last legalized diploma.
- Photocopy of the last academic position decree.
- Photocopy of the last promotion decree.
The Schedule for Vice Dean Selection at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Negeri Semarang for the Period 2023-2028 is as follows:

| Friday, May 26, 2023 | Submission of the names of the Vice Dean candidates from FMIPA to the University. |
The submission of written concepts and required documents for prospective Vice Dean candidates should be done at the FMIPA Administrative Coordinator’s Office no later than Monday, May 22, 2023.
