Dua tim Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa (PKM) yang berpartisipasi dalam ajang Kompetisi PKM Asosisasi MIPA LPTK Indonesia (AMLI) Tahun 2022 berhasil meraih kejuaraan. Tim pertama diketuai Rosyidatul Aminah (Pendidikan Matematika 2020) dan beranggotakan Hesty Ummi Wulandari (Pendidikan Matematika 2020) dan Annisa Wulandari (Pendidikan Matematika 2020) dengan dosen pembimbing yaitu Ibu Detalia Noriza yang meraih Juara 2 PKM AI. Tim kedua diketuai oleh Shafira Septiana Futri (Farmasi 2019) dan beranggotakan Citra Pramesti (Farmasi 2019), Oryza Sativa (Farmasi 2020) dengan dosen pembimbing Ibu Nur Dina Amalina yang meraih Juara 3 PKM RE.

Tim PKM AI mengusung program dengan judul “Pengembangan Lembar Kerja dengan Model Problem Based Learning Berbantuan Assemblr Edu Berbasis Boyong Grobog Terhadap Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah Matematis Siswa”

“Kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa Indonesia masih tergolong rendah dapat dilihat dari hasil PISA Indonesia yang masih tergolong rendah. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut salah satunya yaitu dengan mengembangkan lembar kerja dengan model Problem Based Learning yang dipadukan dengan kebudayaan di sekitar siswa yaitu Boyong Grobog,” Papar Rosyidatul, (21/10).

Lebih lanjut, Rosyidatul mengungkapkan bahwa penggunaan budaya tersebut dapat membantu siswa dalam mengaitkan konsep-konsep matematika dengan kehidupan siswa. Selain itu, juga berbantuan teknologi yaitu assemblr EDU yang dapat memvisualisasikan konten ke dalam bentuk Augmented Reality. Lembar kerja ini memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk belajar dengan berinteraksi secara langsung dan menyelidiki secara aktif dalam memecahkan suatu permasalahan.

Tim PKM RE membawa program berjudul “Identifikasi target dan mekanisme epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) terhadap penghambatan kanker payudara HER2+ berdasarkan analisis bioinformatika”

“Analisis bioinformatik senyawa EGCG, dari riset ini ditemukan bahwa EGCG menghambat cancer melalui regulasi key gene VEGFA, MMP2, MMP9, HIF1A, SERPINE1. Regulasi ini berdampak pada penghambatan angiogenesis, metastasis, dan supply nutrisi ke sel kanker sehingga sel kanker dapat mengalami kematian (apoptosis),” Jelas Shafira, (21/10)

Kompetisi PKM AMLI 2022 merupakan program kolaborasi yang diselenggarakan oleh Asosisasi MIPA LPTK Indonesia dengan FMIPA Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Kegiatan perlombaan ini terinspirasi dari kegiatan PKM yang diselenggarakan oleh Belmawa Kemdikbudristek, sehingga memiliki karakteristik umum yang sama, yakni topik dari proposal yang diajukan haruslah kekinian dan atau berkaitan dengan Sustainable Developments Goals (SDGs). Skim PKM yang dilombakan yaitu PKM-R yang terbagi menjadi PKM-RE (Riset Eksakta) dan PKM-RSH (Riset Sosial Humaniora), PKM-K, PKM-PI, PKM-PM, PKM-GFT, dan PKM-AI. Kejuaraan diumumkan secara online pada Jumat, 21 Oktober 2022 di Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY).

Dekan Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam UNNES beserta civitas akademika FMIPA UNNES mengucapkan selamat kepada Tim PKM AI dan TIM PKM RE beserta dosen pembimbing atas kejuaraan yang telah berhasil diraih. Semoga prestasi yang diraih dapat dijadikan semangat yang akan memicu langkah-langkah baru selanjutnya dalam menggapai prestasi.
