INKOMPASS bekerjasama dengan AMBIZINDONESIA mempersembahkan program Road to INKOMPAS bertemakan “Make Your Story with Sampoerna” yang mengusung dua acara utama yaitu Festival dan Career Growth Classes.

Festival menggelar serangkaian webinar virtual gratis dari para profesional FMCG yang dirancang untuk mempertajam kompetensi dan keterampilan anda, pola pikir inovatif, dan kemampuan beradaptasi dengan dunia yang berubah dengan cepat. Festival ini akan diadakan selama dua hari bertanggal 21-22 Mei 2022 pukul 09.00 – 15.00 WIB menggunakan platform Zoom Meeting. Acara utama selanjutnya yaitu Career Growth Classes sebagai acara pengembangan diri dan pertumbuhan karir, eksklusif selama tiga hari untuk peserta Festival yang dinilai tinggi untuk melatih pemikiran analitis dan kritis, komunikasi yang efektif, dan branding pribadi.
