Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam menerima pendaftaran mahasiswa baru Jalur SNMPTN di tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Pada tahun ini terdapat 14 program studi yang dibuka dalam pendaftaran SNMPTN. 14 Program Studi yang dibuka dalam pendaftaran SNMPTN diantaranya :

Pada tahun 2020 sebelumnya Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam Universitas Negeri Semarang membuka 1.180 kursi untuk memasuki Program Studi yang ada di FMIPA UNNES melalui jalur SNMPTN, namun pada tahun 2021 ini akan ada kursi tambahan kursi bagi adik-adik lulusan SMA/SMK dan sederajat untuk dapat memasuki Fakultas dengan kinerja Terbaik yang ada di Universitas Negeri Semarang ini.
