BPOM Menjalin Kerja Sama dengan FMIPA UNNES

Pada hari Senin (7/12) telah dilakukan penandatanganan naskah perjanjian kerja sama antara BPOM dan FMIPA UNNES. Proses pernjanjian kerja sama ini telah diinisiasi pada tahun 2018 dalam rangka pendirian program studi Farmasi, dan baru tahun 2020 terealisasi setelah mendapatkan jawaban dari BPOM Pusat Jakarta. Pihak BPOM menunjuk Balai Besar POM di Semarang untuk mewakili proses penandatanganan naskah Perjanjian Kerja Sama. Turut hadir dalam kegiatan ini adalah Dra I Gusti Ayu Adhi Aryapatni, Apt. (Kepala Balai Besar POM di Semarang), Dra Novi Eko Rini, Apt (Kepala Bidang Informasi dan Komunikasi), dan Dra Asih Liza Restanti, MKes, Apt (Kapala Bagian Tata Usaha). Dari pihak FMIPA UNNES turut hadir Dekan FMIPA UNNES, Wakil Dekan 1, Wakil Dekan 2, Ketua Jurusan Kimia, Ketua Jurusan Biologi, Koordinator Program Studi Farmasi, dan Ketua Gugus Kerja Sama FMIPA.

Dekan FMIPA UNNES, Dr Sugianto MSi dalam sambutannya menyampaikan bahwa kerja sama yang terjalin antara BPOM dengan FMIPA UNNES diharapkan bisa ditindaklanjuti dengan kegiatan-kegiatan yang menjadi lingkup kerja sama. Kegiatan ini perlu dioptimalkan untuk mendukung kegiatan akademik dosen dan mahasiswa, baik untuk kegiatan penelitian, magang, pendidikan, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat.

Kepala Balai Besar POM di Semarang juga menyambut baik kerja sama ini. Dalam kesempatan yang sama, Dra I Gusti Ayu Adhi Aryapatni, Apt menyampaikan bahwa mahasiswa memiliki peran penting untuk membantu BBPOM dalam rangka mengedukasi masyarakat terkait tentang penggunaan obat dan makanan yang direkomendasikan. Kegiatan ini bisa dikemas dalam bentuk KKN.

Wakil Dekan bidang Akademik, dalam kesempatan yang sama menyampaikan bahwa Balai Besar POM ini nanti bisa menjadi tempat bagi mahasiswa yang mengikuti program Medeka Belajar – Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) yang bisa direkognisi ke dalam mata kuliah PKL, KKN, dan skripsi.

Kegiatan penandatanganan naskah perjanjian kerja sama diakhiri dengan diskusi dan foto bersama.
