Masih dalam nuansa Idulfitri 1439 H, Menristekdikti Prof Mohamad Nasir PhD menghadiri kegiatan halalbihalal keluarga besar Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES), Selasa (26/6).
Halalbihalal yang diadakan di gedung Prof Wuryanto tersebut mengangkat tema “Harmoni Silaturahmi Merekat NKRI”.
Rektor UNNES Prof Dr Fathur Rokhman MHum menyampaikan, halalbihalal kali ini dilaksanakan untuk merekatkan silaturahmi satu sama lain dan menjadi ajang untuk sama-sama kembali ke fitrah sebagai mahluk Sang Pencipta.
“Kita banyak belajar tentang keikhlasan dan kepedulian. Saatnya kita saling membangun kembali kefitrahan UNNES menjadi kampus yang harmoni. Apalagi kita secara tidak sadar juga mungkin di media sosial, ada yang menimbulkan kericuhan. Saatnya saling berjabat tangan,” jelasnya di hadapan sekitar 750 civitas UNNES.
Nasir yang didapuk sebagai pemberi tausiah mengatakan, halalbihalal adalah budaya asli dari bangsa Indonesia, bukan hanya menjadi milik muslim, tetapi milik  seluruh bangsa Indonesia.
“Budaya halalbihalal merupakan bentuk silaturahim, didalam silaturahim pasti ada simbol cinta dan kasih untuk seluruh alam. Dengan adanya cinta kasih tersebut, pasti menjadi harmoni, jauh dari kata saling memusuhi,” terangnya.
Sejak dahulu, sudah dikatakan bahwa cinta tanah air merupakan bagian dari iman. Dengan demikian, setiap warga negara wajib menjaga keutuhan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia (NKRI).
“Saya yakin keluarga besar UNNES pasti cinta tanah air. Tumbuhkan rasa toleran, cinta alam, harmoni akan muncul, cinta tanah air akan tumbuh. Ini rangkaian paling penting. Jadilah pemimpin yang baik. Jadilah pemimpin yang dapat dicontoh orang lain dengan baik,” pungkasnya.
