Menyongsong Bonus Demografi Indonesia, SSC FMIPA UNNES Gelar Seminar Nasional SSC 2017

Student Scientific Center (SSC), FMIPA, UNNES kembali menggelar Seminar Nasional SSC 2017 bertemakan “Optimalisasi Peran Generasi Muda Untuk Menyongsong Bonus Demografi Indonesia” pada hari Minggu, 29 Oktober 2017 bertempat di Aula C7 FIS UNNES. Latar belakang dari tema yang diangkat pada seminar nasional ini adalah kenyataan bahwa jumlah usia produktif yang semakin melejit, lahan pekerjaan yang semakin sempit dan persaingan yang semakin sengit menuntut para pemuda sebagai Agent of Change harus segera mempersiapkan dan menyusun langkah untuk mempersiapkan Bonus Demografi Indonesia. Acara ini dihadiri oleh 450 peserta dari 7 instansi pendidikan di Indonesia, diantaranya UNNES, UB, UGM, ITS, UNS, UM dan UNILA serta masyarakat umum. Acara ini diawali dengan sambutan oleh Ketua Panitia, M.Indra Majid dan dibuka oleh Wakil Dekan Bidang Kemahasiswaan Fakultas MIPA, Prof.Dr. Sudarmin, M.Si.
Pada acara inti Seminar Nasional SSC dimoderatori oleh Khoirul Anwar, S.Pd., M.Pd. Pembicara pertama, Dr. Dede Heri Y, S.Si., M.Agr, beliau merupakan ahli Biomaterial LIPI, membahas tentang pentingnya menjadi peneliti dan peranannya untuk menyongsong bonus demografi Indonesia. Berbagai topik penelitian yang sedang LIPI lakukan juga dibagikan kepada peserta. Pembicara kedua, Andreas Senjaya, beliau merupakan Startup Indonesia yang mendunia dan Founder CEO iGrow Resources Indonesia, membahas tentang bagaimana sejarah berdirinya iGrow dan berbagi motivasi berwirausaha kepada peserta. Pembicara ketiga, Dr. Ratna Dewi, S.T., M.T, beliau merupakan dosen berprestasi UNNES dan pakar bahan alam terbarukan Indonesia. Pembicara keempat atau terakhir, Gazan Azka Ghafara, beliau merupakan Young Entrepreneur, Founder & Young CEO Zanana Chips serta The Winner of Entrepreneur Diplomat Success Challange 2016, membahas tentang sejarah perjalanan usaha beliau dan bagaimana kiat menjadi entrepreneur muda yang sukses. Beliau juga menyatakan bahwa kunci menjadi wirausahawan sukses adalah ilmu dan iman. Jadi, mulailah kenali diri, kembangkan diri dan eksistensikan diri sesuai kapasitas dan kapabilitas diri. Serangkaian acara Seminar Nasional ditutup dengan pengumuman juara IPC SSC 2017. Alhamdulilah, acara berlangsung lancar hingga ditutup secara resmi pada pukul 13.00 WIB.
