Membangkitkan Potensi Kesenian Melalui Program Festival Desa Keji

Mahasiswa Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Alternatif Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) Keji, Ungaran Barat telah melaksanakan salah satu progam kerja unggulannya berupa pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam bidang kesenian melalui program “Fesva Keji” (Festival Keji). Kegiatan ini berperan sebagai upaya pemicu bangkitnya kembali Desa Keji sebagai Desa Wisata Keji di tahun 2020.

Sebagai bagian dari Semarang, kesenian Desa Keji bisa dilihat sebagai potensi. Tempat pertunjukan juga tersedia di lapangan Siseret, Dusun Suruhan, Desa Keji. Potensi tersebut seharusnya mampu dioptimalkan guna meningkatkan eksistensi keseniannya. Dengan adanya program ini diharapkan munculnya bibit-bibit muda yang berpotensi dalam hal kesenian untuk kemudian dilatih dan ditampilkan dalam acara Festival Keji.

Perangkat Desa Keji membantu dan mengarahkan agar program Festival Keji di selenggarakan tanggal 2 November 2019. Kebanyakan penampil acara berasal dari masyarakat Desa Keji itu sendiri, mulai dari anak-anak PAUD, siswa SD dan MI sampai remaja desa. Dalam acara tersebut menampilkan berbagai macam tari anak, tari tradisional, geguritan, dan pertunjukan angklung. Pak Anang selaku Kepala Dusun Suruhan, Desa Keji mengapresiasi baik dengan terselenggaranya acara tersebut.

Jurdan Fulandy Siswoyo selaku Koordiator Mahasiswa KKN dan penanggungjawab acara Festival Keji menjelaskan bahwa program kerja ini bertujuan untuk memberi kesempatan bakat-bakat muda untuk tampil dan diharapkan bisa ikut andil dalam kegiatan Desa sebagai Desa Wisata Keji pada tahun 2020. Dengan banyaknya penampilan seni yang dimiliki, Desa Keji harapannya akan mengoptimalkan Desa Keji dalam bidang keseniannya.
