Chapter I (Introduction) presents UNNES’s vision of becoming a world-class, reputable university with a conservation perspective, along with its five missions and five goals, emphasizing research-based education, scientific development, community empowerment, good governance, and institutional collaboration.
Chapter II (IQAS Benefits and Documentation Forms) explains that documentation serves as a tool to record, monitor, evaluate, and provide authentic evidence of standard implementation, referencing Permenristekdikti No. 53/2023. Documentation occurs through printed forms and web-based information systems supporting the full quality cycle.
Chapter III (Media for Documenting IQAS Standards) details the specific digital platforms used for each standard category: National Education Standards (Sikadu, SIAMI, KPM portal), Research Standards (SIPP), Community Service Standards (SIPP), and eight categories of standards exceeding national requirements—covering Identity, Governance/Leadership/Collaboration, Leadership Commitment, Human Resources (MyKepegawaian), Facilities/Infrastructure, Financial/Financing, Information Systems, and Risk Management—each tied to dedicated UNNES web portals (e.g., admission, tracer study, SIMKS, apps.unnes.ac.id).
Chapter IV (Procedures for Documenting IQAS Implementation) provides practical tutorial links for Sikadu, SIPP, and SIAMI systems, followed by detailed Internal Quality Audit (IQA) instruments with criteria sets for study programs (9 criteria), faculties, the Graduate School, and administrative units (4 criteria: planning, implementation, evaluation, follow-up). It concludes with an extensive table (Table 4.1) cataloging Quality Procedures (PM) and corresponding Quality Forms (FM) across academic affairs, research, community service, quality assurance, planning, laboratories, facilities/infrastructure, scholarships, teaching practice (PPL), and alumni tracer studies—forming a comprehensive operational reference for institutional documentation.
