Dalam rangka persiapan reakreditasi institusi, Kantor Penjaminan Mutu (KPM) Universitas Negeri Semarang melaksanakan kegiatan Rujukan Praktik Unggulan Persiapan Akreditasi Institusi melalui benchmarking ke Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia dan Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta pada Mei 2026. Kegiatan ini menjadi bagian dari upaya peningkatan mutu serta penguatan sistem penjaminan mutu internal dalam menghadapi Akreditasi Perguruan Tinggi (APT).

Benchmarking dilakukan sebagai langkah strategis untuk mempelajari kebijakan, strategi, serta praktik terbaik yang diterapkan oleh perguruan tinggi rujukan dalam mempersiapkan reakreditasi institusi. Pemilihan UPI dan UNY sebagai institusi tujuan didasarkan pada pengalaman kedua perguruan tinggi tersebut dalam pengelolaan sistem penjaminan mutu dan persiapan akreditasi institusi yang baik.

Kegiatan benchmarking ke Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia dilaksanakan pada tanggal 5–6 Mei 2026 dengan delegasi dari UNNES yang terdiri atas:

  1. Prof. Dr. Rudi Hartono, M.Pd.
  2. Andryan Setyadharma, S.E., M.Si., Ph.D.

Sementara itu, benchmarking ke Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta dilaksanakan pada tanggal 11–12 Mei 2026 dengan delegasi:

  1. Andryan Setyadharma, S.E., M.Si., Ph.D. selaku Sekretaris Kantor Penjaminan Mutu
  2. Dr. Eram Tunggul Pawenang, S.KM., M.Kes. selaku Kepala Pusat Pengembangan Sistem Analisis dan Penjaminan Mutu UNNES

Pada kegiatan benchmarking di UPI, delegasi KPM UNNES memperoleh paparan kebijakan dan strategi akreditasi institusi yang disampaikan oleh Prof. Dr. Ratnaningsih Eko Sardjono, M.Si. selaku Direktur Direktorat Penjaminan Mutu dan Pemeringkatan UPI. Kegiatan juga diisi dengan diskusi teknis terkait implementasi SAPTO 2.0, studi dokumen LED dan LKPT, observasi pengelolaan data akreditasi, serta sesi diskusi mengenai tantangan dan solusi implementatif dalam persiapan APT.

Sementara itu, di UNY kegiatan dilaksanakan di Direktorat Penjaminan Mutu UNY, Gedung Fakultas Kedokteran lantai 3, dan dibuka oleh Dr. Syukrul Hamdi, M.Pd. selaku Staf Ahli Direktorat Penjaminan Mutu UNY. Dalam kegiatan tersebut dipaparkan berbagai strategi UNY dalam menghadapi AIPT tahun 2026, termasuk pentingnya pemenuhan syarat unggul serta kesiapan dan verifikasi data pada laman SPMI Kemdiktisaintek.

Selain memperoleh pemahaman mengenai strategi institusi dalam menghadapi akreditasi, delegasi KPM UNNES juga melakukan diskusi terkait berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi dalam penyusunan Laporan Evaluasi Diri (LED), pengelolaan eviden, serta penyediaan data pendukung akreditasi. Berbagai masukan dan praktik baik dari kedua perguruan tinggi rujukan tersebut diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi strategis dalam meningkatkan kesiapan UNNES menghadapi reakreditasi institusi.

Melalui kegiatan benchmarking ini, KPM UNNES memperoleh gambaran yang lebih komprehensif mengenai tata kelola penjaminan mutu, pengelolaan data akreditasi, serta strategi implementatif dalam menghadapi APT. Kegiatan ini juga diharapkan dapat memperkuat jejaring kerja sama antarperguruan tinggi dalam pengembangan mutu pendidikan tinggi secara berkelanjutan.

Rangkaian kegiatan benchmarking ditutup dengan sesi foto bersama dan penyerahan plakat sebagai simbol penguatan sinergi dan kolaborasi antarperguruan tinggi dalam mendukung peningkatan mutu pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia.
