Tentang Kami

Sesuai dengan visi dan misinya, Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes) senantiasa berupaya untuk meningkatkan mutu dan layanan melalui kegiatan penjaminan mutu secara internal. Pada tahun 2007, Rektor Unnes membentuk Tim Penjaminan Mutu sebagai unit kerja pendukung akademik yang bertugas mengembangkan Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal (SPMI) (Surat Tugas Rektor No. 1611/J40/ KP/2007).

Sejalan dengan berubahnya Unnes menjadi satuan kerja Badan Layanan Umum (BLU) tahun 2009, fungsi Tim Penjaminaman Mutu ditingkatkan menjadi Badan Penjaminan Mutu (BPM) melalui SK Rektor No 168/P/2009. Unnes telah melaksanakan SPMI dengan mengimplementasikan Sistem Manajemen Mutu (SMM) ISO 9001: 2008 dan IWA2 sejak tanggal 1 Maret 2010 pada delapan fakultas, 49 program studi sarjana dan unit pendukung kegiatan akademik (LP2M, BAAKK, BAUK, BPTIK, BPM, UPT Perpustakaan) dalam lingkup layanan akademik dan kegiatan pendukungnya.

  1. Menjadi Badan Penjaminan Mutu terbaik yang mampu mengawal UNNES menuju universitas berwawasan konservasi dan bereputasi internasional.

Misi

  1. Mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan SPMI di UNNES secara berkelanjutan.
  2. Membudayakan SPMI pada setiap unit kerja di UNNES

Tugas

  1. Merencanakan dan mengimplementasikan SPMI di UNNES sehingga memenuhi persyaratan SMM ISO 9001:2008 dan IWA2 dalam lingkup layanan akademik dan kegiatan penunjangnya.
  2. Melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi internal (monevin) terhadap proses layanan akademik dan kegiatan penunjangnya.
  3. Melaksanakan Audit Internal dalam lingkup layanan akademik dan kegiatan penunjangnya.
  4. Melaporkan hasil implementasi, merumuskan perbaikan dan tindak lanjut pelaksanaan SPMI dengan SMM ISO 9001:2008 dan IWA2 di UNNES.
  5. Melaksanakan pendampingan untuk meningkatkan kualifikasi akreditasi program studi.

Tujuan Organisasi

  1. Menjamin mutu pelaksanaan pendidikan untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang berkarakter, kompeten, mampu mengembangkan diri dan berdaya saing tinggi.
  2. Menjamin mutu penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat yang dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat.
  3. Memberikan pelayanan prima kepada stakeholder internal maupun eksternal.
  4. Meningkatkan perbaikan sistem manajemen mutu secara berkelanjutan menuju universitas konservasi bertaraf internasional yang sehat unggul dan sejahtera
