Kebersamaan dan Komitmen Kunci Membangun Kampus Merdeka

Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) menyelenggarakan Diskusi Ilmiah Terfokus dengan tema Membangun Kampus Merdeka : Tata Kelola Kampus Bersih Melayani.

Kegitan dilakukan secara Daring melalui aplikasi Zoom dengan Narasumber Prof Dr Muchlis Rantoni Luddin MA Guru Besar Universitas Negeri Jakarta sekaligus Dewan Pengawas UNNES. Diskusi dipandu oleh Wakil Rektor Bidang Umum dan Keuangan Dr S Martono MSi, Rabu (10/6).

Rektor UNNES Prof Dr Fathur Rokhman MHum menyampaikan UNNES merupakan Rumah Ilmu Pengembang Peradaban Berwawasan Konservasi dan Bereputasi Internasional yang terus mengukir Prestasi baik di tingkat Nasional maupun Internasional.

UNNES memiliki komitmen membangun kampus merdeka dengan tata kelola bersih, menciptakan Zona Integritas menuju Wilayah Bebas dari Korupsi (WBK) dan Wilayah Birokrasi Bersih Melayani (WBBM).

Prof Fathur menjelaskan, prestasi terus kita raih seperti Peringkat UNNES Versi 41CU 2020 berada pada 10 Perguruan Tinggi Nasional terbaik, Peringkat 72 Asia Tenggara, Peringkat 120 Asia, dan Peringkat 6060 Perguruan Tinggi Dunia.

Kita perlu bangga bahwa UNNES termasuk kampus Favorit pendaftar terbanyak SNMPTN 2020, peringkat 5 Perguruan Tinggi, dan Peringkat 1 Lembaga Kependidikan Tenaga Pendidik (LPTK). Selain itu kita juga mendorong setiap mahasiswa serta dosen untuk melakukan publikasi nasional dan internasional. UNNES juga memperoleh WTP 9 kali berturut-turut, katanya.

Prof Dr Muchlis Rantoni Luddin MA menyampaikan pokok-pokok Kebijakan Merdeka Belajar. Menurutnya roh merdeka belajar yaitu memberi otonomi penuh pada perguruan tinggi untuk melakukan usaha yang cerdas untuk menyiapkan lulusannya memasuki kompetisi yang terbuka dan perguruan tinggi diberikan ruang lebar untuk memajukan perguruan tingginya. Untuk itu perguruan tinggi didorong bekerja sama dengan perusahaan maupun instansi.

Lebih lanjut Prof Muchlis mengemukakan, dalam pembangunan zona integritas harus memperhatikan beberapa hal diantaranya manajemen perubahan, penataan tatalaksana, penataan sistem manajemen SDM, penguatan pengawasan, penguatan akuntabilitas kinerja dan peningkatan kualitas layanan.

Kemudian, untuk mewujudkan tata kelola yang baik diperlukan perubahan paradigma pengawasan, peningkatan kompetensi SDM, pengawasan berbasis IT dan manajemen risiko, penguatan peran SPI, dan Koordinasi/sinergi.

“Kebersamaan menjadi kunci mencapai visi dan misi UNNES untuk membangun kampus merdeka. Kebersamaan dan komitmen penting untuk menjaga nama baik institusi dan almamater. Untuk Mewujudkan tata kelola yang baik harus merubah paradigma pengawasan dari berparadigma pemeriksaa ke paradigma pencegahan. Harus ada mitigasi resiko, oleh sebab itu maka perlu pemahaman dan penghayatan atas perubahan paradigma itu. Zona integritas tidak selesai pada spanduk tapi pada perilaku untuk itu perlu pengawasan berbasis IT. SPI perlu diberdayakan agar lebih dapat memastikan target-target dapat tercapai,” jelasnya.
