Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Negeri Semarang (FISIP UNNES) memperkuat kontribusinya terhadap pembangunan kelembagaan yang inklusif melalui Focus Group Discussion (FGD) bertema “Pengarusutamaan Gender, Anak, dan Inklusi Sosial dalam Pembangunan Berkelanjutan”. Kegiatan yang diselenggarakan pada 13 November 2025 di Gedung C8 UNNES tersebut melibatkan akademisi dan Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak, Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana (DP3AP2KB) Provinsi Jawa Tengah.

Guru Besar FISIP UNNES, Prof. Dr. Tri Marhaeni Pudji Astuti, M.Hum., memberikan kontribusi akademik dengan menguraikan berbagai bentuk ketimpangan gender yang masih dijumpai dalam proses pembangunan. Menurutnya, kesenjangan dalam akses, partisipasi, dan kontrol terhadap sumber daya membutuhkan kerja bersama antara pemerintah, perguruan tinggi, dan masyarakat.

Perspektif akademik tersebut dipertemukan dengan pengalaman kebijakan Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Tengah melalui Kepala DP3AP2KB Provinsi Jawa Tengah, Dra. Ema Rachmawati, M.Hum. Dalam forum tersebut dibahas praktik pengarusutamaan gender, penggunaan data terpilah, keterlibatan masyarakat, serta pentingnya memastikan perspektif kesetaraan terintegrasi dalam proses pembangunan.

Kolaborasi antara akademisi dan pemerintah daerah menjadi penting karena kebijakan publik yang inklusif membutuhkan dukungan kajian ilmiah sekaligus pengalaman implementasi di lapangan. Keterlibatan Prof. Tri Marhaeni memperkuat peran dosen FISIP UNNES dalam memberikan perspektif keilmuan dan masukan akademik bagi pengembangan kebijakan yang responsif gender, memperhatikan perlindungan anak, dan menjamin inklusi sosial.

Kegiatan tersebut juga menjadi momentum penguatan kelembagaan melalui Pusat Kajian Gender, Anak, dan Inklusi Sosial. Pusat kajian ini diarahkan menjadi wadah pengembangan riset, advokasi, edukasi publik, serta penguatan kolaborasi dengan berbagai pemangku kepentingan dalam mendukung kebijakan yang lebih inklusif dan berkeadilan.
