SEMARANG – The Faculty of Law at Semarang State University (UNNES) continues to expand its collaborative network across various sectors to improve the quality of implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. On June 11, 2026, this commitment was realized through the official signing of a cooperation agreement with the Bhumi Horta Foundation.
This strategic move is taken as a tangible contribution from the institution in supporting sustainable development. The faculty leadership stated that the collaboration with the Bhumi Horta Foundation is expected to open up wide spaces for synergy in education, research, and community service.
Furthermore, this collaboration strongly focuses on community empowerment, with its main orientation on sustainability and social justice within society. This strategic initiative aligns closely with the global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) agenda. In its implementation, this partnership is focused on supporting the achievement of three main targets, namely:
- SDG 4 (Quality Education)
- SDG 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions)
- SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals)
Through this institutional synergy, FH UNNES once again affirms its commitment to continuously present academic innovations that can have a real and positive impact on the wider community.
