SEMARANG – The Faculty of Law at Semarang State University (FH UNNES) has once again made a proud achievement through its real contributions to the community. The “Sekoper Arep” program, initiated by PSC FH UNNES, was selected as the flagship program of Lerep Village in the Desk Review activity for Strengthening Quality Family Villages in 2026 at the Central Java provincial level. The presentation activity was held in Ungaran on May 11, 2026.
The faculty stated that this success reflects FH UNNES’s strong commitment to supporting community-based development. The main focus of this program is strengthening family quality, which is considered the most crucial foundation for achieving sustainable development. The Sekoper Arep program comes as a collaborative innovation that integrates education, empowerment, and community mentoring in a comprehensive way.
The strategic achievements at the provincial level are very much in line with the global commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), covering five main goals at once:
- SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-Being): By improving the quality of life for families.
- SDG 4 (Quality Education): Through continuous educational efforts for village residents.
- SDG 5 (Gender Equality): Through inclusive community empowerment programs.
- SDG 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions): By creating a law-aware and fair society.
- SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals): Through collaborative innovation between universities, village governments, and the community.
