Company Visit dan Studi Banding BEM FEB UNNES, Perkuat Kompetensi Mahasiswa

Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Semarang (BEM FEB UNNES) 2025 menyelenggarakan program Company Visit dan Studi Banding sebagai upaya meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa sekaligus memperkuat kolaborasi dengan dunia industri dan akademik.

Kegiatan ini menjadi langkah strategis dalam menjembatani pembelajaran akademik dengan praktik di lapangan melalui rangkaian kunjungan ke institusi publik, industri, dan perguruan tinggi.

Program yang dilaksanakan pada September 2025 ini mencakup kunjungan ke Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK), PT Bank Digital BCA (blu by BCA), serta studi banding ke Telkom University.

Melalui Departemen Luar Negeri, BEM FEB UNNES merancang kegiatan ini dengan pendekatan pembelajaran terintegrasi yang menghubungkan sektor pemerintahan, industri, dan akademik secara sistematis dan berkelanjutan.

Sebanyak 83 peserta yang terdiri dari pengurus BEM FEB UNNES dan mahasiswa FEB UNNES mengikuti kegiatan yang berlangsung selama dua hari tersebut. Program ini dipimpin oleh Kepala Departemen Luar Negeri, Paris Rio Ramadhan, bersama Wakil Kepala Departemen, Indah Umairah, serta tim pelaksana.

Pada hari pertama, Kamis (25/09/2025), peserta mengunjungi KPK di Jakarta. Dalam kunjungan ini, peserta memperoleh pemahaman terkait tata kelola institusi publik yang menjunjung tinggi prinsip integritas, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas. Nilai-nilai tersebut menjadi pembelajaran penting dalam pembentukan karakter mahasiswa serta pengelolaan organisasi.

Kegiatan kemudian dilanjutkan ke PT Bank Digital BCA (blu by BCA). Peserta mendapatkan wawasan mengenai transformasi industri keuangan digital, inovasi layanan berbasis teknologi, serta pengembangan pengalaman pengguna dalam ekosistem perbankan modern. Selain itu, peserta juga mengikuti company tour untuk melihat secara langsung budaya kerja dan fasilitas yang dimiliki blu by BCA.

Pada hari kedua, Jumat (26/09/2025), peserta melaksanakan studi banding dengan Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Telkom University di Bandung. Kegiatan ini berfokus pada pertukaran wawasan akademik dan kemahasiswaan, benchmarking program kerja, serta penguatan jejaring antarorganisasi mahasiswa di tingkat nasional.

Rangkaian kegiatan ditutup dengan kunjungan ke kawasan Braga sebagai destinasi wisata budaya dan ekonomi, guna menambah wawasan terkait potensi ekonomi kreatif dan pariwisata lokal.

Penyelenggaraan program ini tidak hanya berdampak pada peningkatan kompetensi mahasiswa, tetapi juga membuka peluang kolaborasi lebih luas. Salah satu capaian yang diperoleh adalah keberhasilan salah satu peserta lolos seleksi program BluAmbassador.

Selain itu, terdapat tindak lanjut dari tim blu by BCA untuk melakukan kunjungan resmi ke UNNES dalam rangka koordinasi program pengembangan mahasiswa.

Kegiatan ini sejalan dengan Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs), khususnya pendidikan berkualitas (SDG 4), pekerjaan layak dan pertumbuhan ekonomi (SDG 8), serta kemitraan untuk mencapai tujuan (SDG 17). Ke depan, program ini diharapkan dapat terus berlanjut sebagai ruang penguatan wawasan dan jejaring mahasiswa agar lebih adaptif, kritis, dan relevan dengan dinamika global.
