Dengan menggandeng Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa (UKM) Gerhana Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES), Tim  KKN Alternatif Tahap II B Desa Mlilir selenggarakan penyuluhan dan deklarasi anti narkoba, Minggu (20/10).

Indonesia menjadi salah satu negara dengan tingkat kerawanan tinggi berkaitan dengan penyalahgunaan narkotika dan obat – obatan terlarang (Narkoba). Bahkan status Indonesia kini masuk dalam level darurat narkoba.

Dewasa ini, narkoba menjadi bahaya tersendiri bagi keberlangsungan hidup bangsa dan negara. Tak hanya menargetkan orang dewasa, narkoba juga berusaha membidik anak-anak dan generasi muda sebagai sasaran penggunanya.

Padahal, saat ini generasi muda dinilai akan menempati posisi strategis dalam menentukan arah perubahan 5 hingga 10 tahun mendatang. Merujuk pada data Komisi Perlindungan Anak Indonesia (KPAI), tercatata dari 87 juta populasi anak di Indonesia, sebanyak 5,9 juta di antaranya menjadi pecandu narkoba. Mereka jadi pecandu narkotika karena terpengaruh dari orang-orang terdekat.

Hal tersebutlah yang menjadi latar belakang penyelenggaraan kegiatan penyuluhan dan deklarasi anti narkoba yang mendukung program gerakan anti narkonba milik BNN. Kegiatan diinisiasi oleh Tim KKN Alternatif Tahap II B Desa Mlilir.

 

Indonesia Darurat Narkoba

Dengan masuknya Indonesia kedalam level darurat narkoba, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi anak-anak dan warga sekitar agar menghindari penyalahgunaan narkoba.

Tim KKN yang dikomandoi oleh Wahyu Yanuar Rizky ini, menghadirkan narasumber UKM Gerhana UNNES untuk memberikan sosialisasi dan penyuluhan.

“Narkoba itu banyak bentuknya, oleh karean itu kita harus berhati-hati. Jangan membiasakan diri untuk menerima makanan dari orang yang tidak kita kenal,” jelas Iksan Nurfiasih saat memberikan materi penyuluhan.

Perlu, imbuh mahasiswa Pendidikan Akuntansi tersebut, pengawasan yang komprehensif kepada anak. Hal ini berkaitan dengan bagaimana anak berinteraksi dengan lingkungan dan orang-orang terdekatnya.

 

Kebijakan Kampus Bebas Narkoba

Sebagai universitas berwawasan konservasi, termasuk konservasi nilai karakter, UNNES menerapkan kebijakan kampus bebas narkoba. Salah satu bentuk implementasi regulasi ini melalui tes urine bagi mahasiswa baru tiap tahunnya.

Rektor UNNES Prof Dr Fathur Rokhman MHum menjelaskan, tes urines dilakukan sebagai upaya UNNES dalam memberantas narkoba di lingkungan kampus.

“Ini juga sesuai dengan instruksi Kementerian Riset Teknologi dan Pendidikan Tinggi, untuk mencegah peredaran narkoba di dalam kampus,” papar Profesor Bidang Sosiolinguitik tersebut.

Koordinator Tim KKN Wahyu Yanuar Rizki menjelaskan, penyelenggaraan kegiatan merupakan bagian dari pelaksanaan program kerja tim KKN Desa mlilir.

“Kami mengusung tema, Menuju Mlilir yang Sehat dan Ramah Anak. Sesuai dengan proposal KKN yang kami ajukan, kegiatan menargetkan anak-anak dan warga sekitar Desa Mlilir,” jelas mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknik Elektro itu.

Selain Wahyu, KKN yang diperuntukkan bagi mahasiswa kependidikan ini, juga beranggotakan Hilda Meliana (Pend. Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia), Nur Fitrisriyanti, Dela Adiesthyana & Ayu Nur Adilla (Pend. Seni Tari), dan Ardi Kurniawan & Dwi Hermawan (PPKn).

Selanjutnya, juga ada Riska Monika & Mukhshonah (Pend. IPA Terpadu), Siti Nurzulifa (Pend. Matematika), Gerhana Ratri (PTM), Abdul Basit & Nur Arifin (PTO), dan Nidyo Atzy MG. (Pend. Tata Boga).

Dengan mengusung grand theme Desa Ramah Anak, Wahyu dan 13 anggota lainnya berfokus pada pembetukan role model pedesaan yang dapat menjadi rujukan bagi desa lain untuk menerapkan kebijakan desa ramah anak

“Sebagai tidak lanjut dari program kerja penyuluhan ini, kami juga telah menyiapkan program parenting bagi orang tua. Melalui parenting, nantinya peserta akan belajar tentang pola pembinaan yang tepat bagi anak,” pungkas Wahyu.
