Unnes Jalani Penilaian Layanan Prima

Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes) tengah menjalani penilaian Kinerja  Unit Pelayanan Publik. Penilaian dilakukan oleh sebuah tim dari Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan, Rabu (25/7), di kampus Sekaran.

Tim yang terdiri atas Dr Linda, Muroqib SH, dan Aryo SKom  diterima oleh Rektor Prof Sudijono Sastroatmodjo bersama para pembantu rektor, dekan, ketua lembaga, ketua badan, ketua unit pelaksana teknis, kepala biro, dan staf ahli.

Dalam pengantarnya, Muroqib mengemukakan, penilaian ini untuk mengukur apakah Unnes sebagai unit pelayanan publik  pantas dinominekan untuk mendapatkan penghargaan dari Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan, bahkan Presiden Republik Indonesia berupa Anugerah Citra Layanan Prima.

Kepada tim penilai, Rektor memaparkan layanan unggulan dalam jaringan (online) Unnes yang didahului dengan paparan tentang visi, misi, motto layanan, dan janji layanan.  “Kunci pertama dalam melaksanakan pelayananan adalah sehat. Manusia memungkinkan melakukan apa pun harus sehat. Pemain sepak bola profesional pun kalau cedera lutut pasti harus ikhlas duduk di bangku cadangan,” ungkap Rektor yang juga menjelaskan visi unggul dan sejahtera, di samping observasi dan internasionalisasi.

Hingga berita ini diturunkan, tim masih melakukan wawancara dan survei di berbagai unit kerja. Tidak terbatas di kompleks gedung H dan gedung G, tetapi juga di berbagai fakultas, jurusan, dan laboratorium.
