Presentasikan Hasil Penelitian, 3 Mahasiswa Unnes ke Jepang

Karya ilmiah hasil penelitian Bayu Rizky Pratama, mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Fakultas Ekonomi (FE) Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes), bersama Hardiansyah Nur Sahaya, mahasiswa Jurusan Ekonomi Pembangunan FE dan Desi Tri Susilowati, Pendidikan Sejarah Fakultas Ilmu Sosial (FIS) Unnes, berhasil lolos seleksi mengikuti International Conference on Business and Social Science (ICBASS) 2014. Hasil penelitian itu akan dipresentasikan di Tokyo, Jepang, 28-30 Maret 2014.

Mereka akan memaparkan makalah terkait bisnis dan ilmu sosial dengan judul Character Education Model for Dropped-Out Students at School in Deliksari Village Semarang City Through Performance of Puppet Doll Historical Figures.

Kompetisi itu, menurut Bayu Rizky, diselenggarakan Asia Pacific Education dan Research Assotiation. “Pada tahap seleksi awal, harus berkompetisi dengan ribuan artikel dari berbagai negara,” ujarnya kepada unnes.ac.id, Selasa (11/2).

“Ribuan calon peserta mengirimkan paper hasil penelitian, untuk kemudian diseleksi, yang lolos seleksi inilah diberi kesempatan presentasi di Negeri Sakura,” katanya.

Dia juga mengemukakan, ICBASS merupakan kegiatan tahunan yang dipusatkan di Tokyo. Pelaksanaan tahun ini, akan menyoroti berbagai komitmen pemimpin global dan pembentuk opini baik di sektor publik dan swasta, terutama dalam sektor pendidikan dan bisnis.

Ia menuturkan, penyelenggaraan ICBASS tahun ini merupakan tahun kedua setelah dilaksanakan untuk pertama kali di Seoul, Korea Selatan.

“Pada acara itu, peserta dari seluruh dunia mempunyai kesempatan yang sama untuk mendiskusikan isu-isu relevansi dan kepentingan nasional dan internasional,” katanya.
