Semarang (20/10): Beginning August 19, 2023, all academic and student affairs service activities were housed at the Bendan Ngisor campus. Previously, all services were provided at the Kelud campus. Modifications to service sites, which encompass learning activities, do not lessen the leadership’s and the postgraduate school community’s commitment to achieving UNNES’s three primary ambitions, one of which is to transform UNNES into a campus focused on conservation.
The Teacher Professional Education Program will be formally managed by the Postgraduate School as of August 19. Students were expressly given the excitement to bring one of these dreams to life. This decision was made in response to a circular sent to all Teacher Professional Education Program (PPG) Postgraduate School students at Semarang State University by the Postgraduate Director, Prof. Dr. Fathur Rokhman, M.Hum. UNNES’s vision is to become a globally recognized university that leads the way in educational innovation while keeping conservation as a central concern.
The Postgraduate School is dedicated to helping this goal come to pass, particularly in the areas of character education and conservation. In light of this, it is imperative that the following messages be spread: a) students consistently uphold the application of conservation values and character education by adopting an attitude that is consistent with the honorable culture of the Indonesian people; b) actively engage in environmental protection and the adoption of a healthy lifestyle; c) minimize the use of consumer goods that have the potential to produce waste, which will result in a decline in the quality of the environment; and d) bring a tumbler to class and to field experiences.
The Director aspires for PPG students to play a significant role in the UNNES Postgraduate School’s realization of the UNNES vision.
