Bertujuan untuk memastikan akses pendidikan yang inklusif, setara, dan berkualitas untuk semua. Fokus pada peningkatan kualitas Pendidikan dan penyediaan peluang pendidikan sepanjang hidup. Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) atau tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan 4 yaitu pendidikan berkualitas, Badan Pembinaan Ideologi Pancasila (BPIP) Republik Indonesia selenggarakan “Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (Diklat) Pembinaan Ideologi Pancasila (PIP) Khusus bagi Dosen Pendidikan Pancasila Angkatan V Tahun 2026” di Semarang, pada 24 hingga 26 Februari 2026 yang diikuti 5 dosen Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) dan 200 Dosen seluruh Indonesia.

Prof. Yudian Wahyudi, Kepala BPIP menegaskan bahwa penguatan kapabilitas dosen adalah langkah strategis untuk mengimplementasikan visi “Asta Cita” Presiden dan Wakil Presiden RI, khususnya dalam memperkokoh ideologi Pancasila.

Plt. Deputi Bidang Pendidikan dan Pelatihan BPIP, Dr. Adhianti, S.I.P., M.Si., melaporkan bahwa Diklat Angkatan V ini merupakan bagian terintegrasi dari program yang telah menjangkau total 1.000 dosen dari sekitar 437 perguruan tinggi di berbagai wilayah Indonesia. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini juga secara hukum berpijak pada UU Nomor 12 Tahun 2012 dan PP Nomor 4 Tahun 2022 yang secara eksplisit menempatkan Pancasila sebagai muatan wajib kurikulum.

Rudi Salam sebagai salah satu peserta dari UNNES menyampaikan “dengan mengikuti kegiatan Diklat PIP ini dapat mengkonstruksikan karakter Pancasila dengan meningkatkan aspek pengetahuan, aspek disposisi, serta aspek tindakan, melalui proses penyelenggaraan pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila serta paya mengkonservasi Pancasila” Peserta dari UNNES selain Rudi Salam, hadir pula Dr. Novia Wardhani, Dr. Eka Andaryani, Ruhadi dan Eni Rahmawati

Pada kesempatan lain Dekan Fakultas ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik (FISIP UNNES) Prof Arif Purnomo menyampaikan ketika mendapat laporan peserta yang telah melaksanakan Diklat, “penguatan ideologi negara bukan lagi sekadar wacana akademis, melainkan faktor kunci keberhasilan transformasi menuju Indonesia Emas 2045”
