Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (LPPM) Universitas Negeri Semarang secara resmi menerbitkan Panduan Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat Dana DPA LPPM Tahun 2026 sebagai acuan pelaksanaan kegiatan penelitian dan pengabdian bagi dosen, tenaga kependidikan, dan mahasiswa di lingkungan UNNES. Panduan ini ditetapkan di Semarang pada 31 Desember 2025 dan menjadi dasar dalam pengelolaan, pengusulan, pelaksanaan, hingga pelaporan kegiatan penelitian dan pengabdian yang didanai melalui DPA LPPM UNNES

Dalam panduan tersebut dijelaskan bahwa setiap pengusul wajib memenuhi persyaratan sesuai skema yang dipilih, termasuk tidak memiliki tunggakan luaran artikel jurnal internasional bereputasi lebih dari satu pada periode 2022–2024. Usulan proposal harus disusun sesuai tata tulis yang ditetapkan, dilengkapi hasil uji kemiripan (Turnitin) maksimal 25 persen, serta diajukan melalui Sistem Informasi Penelitian dan Pengabdian (SIPP). Bagi proposal yang dinyatakan didanai, ketua peneliti diwajibkan mengajukan Ethical Clearance sebelum pengambilan data penelitian.

Panduan Dana DPA LPPM UNNES Tahun 2026 juga menegaskan kewajiban integrasi Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) dan Asta Cita Presiden Republik Indonesia dalam setiap kegiatan penelitian dan pengabdian. Luaran artikel ilmiah yang dihasilkan wajib mencantumkan kata kunci SDGs serta relevansi kebijakan strategis nasional sesuai dengan skema yang diikuti. Ketentuan ini menunjukkan komitmen UNNES dalam mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan melalui tridharma perguruan tinggi.

Mekanisme pencairan dana penelitian dan pengabdian dilaksanakan secara bertahap, yaitu 70 persen pada tahap pertama dan 30 persen pada tahap kedua setelah terpenuhinya seluruh persyaratan administrasi dan luaran. Selain itu, LPPM UNNES juga menyediakan skema pencairan dana Article Processing Charge (APC) bagi luaran jurnal internasional bereputasi, prosiding terindeks Scopus, dan book chapter terindeks Scopus dengan ketentuan dan batas maksimal pendanaan yang telah ditetapkan.

Berbagai skema penelitian dan pengabdian ditawarkan dalam panduan ini, antara lain Penelitian Dasar, Penelitian Kolaborasi Nasional dan Internasional, Penelitian Terapan, Hilirisasi, Penelitian Inovasi Lanjutan, Kajian Kebijakan Strategis, Penelitian Dosen, Penelitian Mahasiswa, Penelitian Tenaga Kependidikan, hingga Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat oleh dosen dan organisasi mahasiswa. Setiap skema dilengkapi dengan ketentuan ketua dan anggota pengusul, besaran pendanaan, serta luaran wajib yang harus dipenuhi.

Dengan diterbitkannya Panduan Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat Dana DPA LPPM UNNES Tahun 2026, diharapkan seluruh sivitas akademika UNNES dapat memanfaatkannya secara optimal untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan relevansi penelitian serta pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Seluruh kegiatan yang dilaksanakan diharapkan tidak hanya menghasilkan luaran akademik yang bereputasi, tetapi juga memberikan dampak nyata bagi masyarakat serta berkontribusi pada pencapaian tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan.
