UNNES dan MGMP PPKn SMP Kota Semarang Tingkatkan Kompetensi Guru Lewat LMS-AI dan Pengimbasan ke Seluruh Sub Rayon

Sebanyak 24 guru MGMP Pendidikan Pancasila SMP Kota Semarang mengikuti Training of Trainers (ToT) bertajuk “Peningkatan Feedback Guru dan Pengelolaan Proyek Siswa dengan Bantuan AI.” Kegiatan inti ToT dilaksanakan di Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik (FISIP) UNNES, sebagai langkah strategis memperkuat kompetensi digital guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi kecerdasan buatan pada pembelajaran PPKn.

Program pengabdian ini didanai oleh Direktorat Penelitian, Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat, dan Inovasi (DPPM) Kemendikbudristek melalui skema pendanaan resmi tahun berjalan, sehingga memungkinkan pelaksanaan kegiatan secara terstruktur, masif, dan berbasis luaran.

Program merupakan tindak lanjut kerja sama antara MGMP Pendidikan Pancasila SMP Kota Semarang dan Tim Pengabdian FISIP UNNES, yang diketuai oleh Yan Amal Abdilah, S.Pd., M.Pd. dengan anggota Drs. Tijan, M.Si., dan Dr. Muzakki Bashori, S.Pd., M.A. Empat mahasiswa—Deva Dwi Deswitama, Shifa Khaerunnisa, Rahma Danisa Eka Safitri, dan Herlina Putri Khawismaya—turut terlibat sebagai instruktur muda, co-teacher, dan tim dokumentasi.

Rangkaian Kegiatan Pengabdian tersusun dalam tujuh agenda utama:

  1. Serah Terima Aset, berupa webcam dan buku panduan untuk mendukung operasional LMS-AI.
  2. ToT Pengelolaan LMS Semi-Otomatis Terintegrasi AI di FISIP UNNES, melatih guru membuat kelas daring, memberikan umpan balik otomatis, mengelola rubrik adaptif HOTS, dan memantau proyek siswa.
  3. ToT Pembuatan Video Tutorial Pembelajaran Berbasis AI, membekali guru memproduksi video edukatif dengan AI-assisted script, voice-over, dan auto-captioning.
  4. Diseminasi di SMP PAPB Semarang untuk Sub Rayon 10, 11, 12, diikuti 27 guru.
  5. Diseminasi di SMP Negeri 6 Semarang untuk Sub Rayon 8, 9, melibatkan 30 guru.
  6. Diseminasi di SMP Isriati Semarang untuk Sub Rayon 2, 3, 4, diikuti 41 guru.
  7. Diseminasi di SMP Negeri 5 Semarang untuk Sub Rayon 1, 5, 6, 7, dengan 29 peserta.

Pada desiminasi, materi disampaikan oleh guru yang telah mengikuti ToT. Total peserta pengimbasan mencapai 127 guru PPKn SMP Kota Semarang. Hasil Program Peningkatan kompetensi digital guru dalam pembuatan video pembelajaran AI dan manajemen LMS semi-otomatis untuk PPKn, dibuktikan dengan karya yang sudah jadi (dan akan terus bertambah):

  1. 12 Video Tutorial Berbasis AI
    Dibuat oleh guru dan diunggah pada kanal YouTube resmi MGMP Pendidikan Pancasila SMP Kota Semarang.
  2. 84 Kelas Daring Terintegrasi AI
    Guru berhasil membangun 84 kelas daring menggunakan LMS-AI untuk penilaian otomatis dan umpan balik esai.

Kegiatan ini sesuai dengan pencapaian SDGs, diantaranya SDG 4 – Pendidikan Berkualitas: Peningkatan kapasitas guru melalui teknologi AI. SDG 3 – Kehidupan Sehat dan Sejahtera: AI mengurangi pekerjaan administratif dan menekan stres guru. SDG 10 – Berkurangnya Kesenjangan: Pengimbasan merata ke seluruh Sub Rayon 1–12 meningkatkan pemerataan akses teknologi. SDG 5 – Kesetaraan Gender: Mayoritas peserta perempuan (64%), memperluas partisipasi perempuan dalam penguasaan teknologi pendidikan.

Dengan dukungan pendanaan dari DPPM Kemendikbudristek, kolaborasi antara FISIP UNNES dan MGMP PPKn SMP Kota Semarang berhasil menghasilkan luaran nyata berupa kelas daring berbasis AI, video pembelajaran, serta peningkatan kompetensi guru secara luas. Program ini menjadi langkah penting dalam mendorong pembelajaran PPKn yang inovatif, objektif, dan sesuai tuntutan pendidikan abad ke-21.
