Semarang – The Faculty of Education and Psychology (FIPP), Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES), organized a Collaborative SISTER Data Update Workshop to support the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at 1:00 PM in the FIPP Dean’s Building Auditorium, 3rd Floor. The workshop was attended by all FIPP lecturers, who actively participated throughout the entire session.

The event was officially opened by the Dean of FIPP UNNES, Prof. Edy Purwanto, M.Si. In his opening remarks, he emphasized the strategic role of the Integrated Human Resources Information System (SISTER) in supporting the achievement of both faculty and university KPIs. He explained that lecturers’ academic activities—including teaching, research, community service, and professional development—can be systematically documented through SISTER, providing reliable data to support institutional performance evaluation.

“The completeness and accuracy of data entered into SISTER are essential for achieving our Key Performance Indicators. Therefore, this workshop is expected to help lecturers better understand the data updating process and ensure that all academic activities are properly documented,” said Prof. Edy Purwanto.

The workshop featured Jihan Ali Ahmad, S.Pd., Personnel Data Management Officer from the Directorate of General Affairs and Human Resources, Universitas Negeri Semarang, as the keynote speaker. During the session, he provided comprehensive guidance on updating lecturer data in SISTER, including data entry procedures, synchronization of academic activities, and strategies for optimizing SISTER as a central platform for career development and institutional reporting.

The event was highly interactive, with an engaging discussion and question-and-answer session. Participants were encouraged to raise issues they had encountered while updating their SISTER profiles. Thanks to the direct assistance provided by the human resources expert, many technical and administrative challenges were immediately identified and resolved during the workshop.

Through this initiative, FIPP UNNES reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening lecturer data management while supporting the achievement of the University’s Key Performance Indicators through the optimal use of SISTER. It is expected that all lecturers will continue to update their records regularly, ensuring that the information stored in the system remains accurate, comprehensive, and readily available to support institutional reporting and academic career advancement.
