FIPP UNNES Contingent Participates in 60th Anniversary Healthy Cycling and Lustrum XII UNNES

Semarang, May 31, 2025 — The Faculty of Education and Psychology (FIPP) contingent of Semarang State University (UNNES) participated in the Healthy Cycling activity in commemoration of the 60th Anniversary and 12th Lustrum of UNNES. This activity was part of a series of university anniversary celebrations as well as a means to promote a healthy lifestyle among the academic community.

The FIPP UNNES contingent participated in the activity by cycling with participants from various elements within the university environment. Through this activity, participants had the opportunity to engage in physical activities outside of work and academic routines, while strengthening togetherness and building positive interactions among campus residents.

Healthy cycling is a form of physical activity that can help maintain physical fitness and support the implementation of an active lifestyle. FIPP UNNES’ participation in this activity reflects the faculty’s support for sports activities as part of efforts to build a healthy and productive campus environment.

This activity supports Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 3: Healthy and Prosperous Life, particularly through the promotion of a healthy lifestyle and increasing awareness of the importance of physical activity. Cycling together also provides an opportunity to build positive habits that can support the physical and social well-being of the academic community.

Through participation in the Healthy Cycling (Gowes Sehat) program for the 60th Anniversary and 12th Lustrum of UNNES, FIPP UNNES continues to encourage the adoption of a healthy lifestyle and strengthen togetherness on campus. This activity is expected to inspire the academic community to make physical activity a part of their daily lives.
