FH.UNNES.AC.ID – Semarang, Bagian Perdata-Dagang Fakultas Hukum Universitas Negeri Semarang menyelenggarakan  Webinar  secara Daring melalui Zoom Cloud Meeting Apps dengan tema Kemahiran Non Litigasi Arbitrase, Senin 11/5.

Webinar menghadirkan narasumber Dr. H. Jafar Sidik, S.H., M.H., M.Kn, FCArb selaku Arbiter, Pengurus BANI Bandung dan Sekjen IArbI (Indonesia Arbitrator Institute) dan Dr Dewi Sulistianingsih, S.H., M.H selaku Akademisi FH UNNES.

Dekan FH UNNES Dr Rodiyah dalam sambutanya menyampaikan bersyukur karena tema webinar ini mempunyai linearitas yang sangat strategis dengan era revolusi industri yaitu bahwa di era ini terutama bagi mahasiswa harus memiliki 3 literasi yaitu literasi BiG Data, Literatur Digital, dan Nilai Humanis yakni nilai kemanusiaan” Ujar Dr Rodiyah.

Rodiyah menambahkan ada 5 hal yang harus diperhatikan dan menjadi pedoman kita terutama para pimpinan kelembagaan, dosen dan mahasiswa bahwa Bapak Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan RI mengingkan adanya revolusi pendidikan. Dan Revolusi ini, pertama adalah adanya esensi pembelajaran dalam merdeka belajar yakni banyak bertanya, banyak mencoba dan banyak berkarya. Oleh karena itu, Dekan berharap seluruh mahasiswa menjadi orang yang kritis untuk menemukan suatu fakta dengan tetap menjadi orang yang santun dengan beradaban yang tinggi.

Yang kedua profil mahasiswa yang berkarakter pancasila, berpikir kritis, mandiri, kreatif, gotong royong, kebhinekaan global dan berakhlak mulia, Ketiga kualitas pendidik harus menguasi teknologi, keempat tentang kurikulum merdeka belajar dan kelima merdeka belajar mari dimaknai sebagai aktifitas belajar untuk memberikan banyak opsi dan menemukan cara-cara baru yang inovatif.

Dr. H. Jafar Sidik, S.H., M.H., M.Kn, menyampikan materi tentang Pilihan Forum Arbitrase dalam Kontrak Bisnis dikaji dari permasalahan dan Solusinya, dan Dr Dewi Sulistianingsih, S.H., M.H menyampaikan materi terkait penyelesaian sengketa kekayaan intelektual (KI) melalui arbitrase.

Ketua Bagian Perdata Ibu Aprila Niravita, SH MKn menyampaikan seminar ini merupakan seminar daring pertama yang dilaksanakan bagian perdata, semoga berjalan dengan lancar dan bermanfaat ilmunya. lebih lanjut Ketua Bagian mengucapkan  terima kasih  kepada Dekan, Wakil Dekan, Ka Prodi MIH, Kalab, Narasumber, Dosen, Mahasiswa dan seluruh peserta webinar.

Sebagai informasi peserta yang terdaftar 441 dan yang online Zoom 172 terdiri dari dosen, mahasiswa dan dari lembaga pemerintah seperti kemenkumham, kemenag.
