Perkuat Kepatuhan Pemanfaatan Ruang, UNNES Terima Verifikasi Lapangan dari Kementerian ATR/BPN

Semarang, 13-17 April 2026 – Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) menerima kunjungan lapangan dari Tim Direktorat Jenderal Pengendalian dan Penertiban Tanah dan Ruang, Kementerian Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Badan Pertanahan Nasional (ATR/BPN). Tim dibawah pimpinan Pak Vani dengan jumlah anggota sebanyak 5 orang. Kunjungan ini dilaksanakan dalam rangka Penilaian Kepatuhan Pemanfaatan Ruang guna memastikan seluruh infrastruktur dan pengembangan kawasan kampus sesuai dengan rencana tata ruang yang berlaku.

Kegiatan yang berlangsung di lingkungan kampus Sekaran ini berfokus pada verifikasi kesesuaian antara dokumen administratif perizinan dengan kondisi faktual di lapangan. Penilaian ini mencakup evaluasi terhadap koefisien dasar bangunan (KDB), ketersediaan ruang terbuka hijau (RTH), serta fungsi peruntukan lahan pada aset-aset yang dikelola oleh universitas.

Komitmen Tata Kelola Aset
Dalam sambutannya, Prof Heri Yanto selaku Wakil Rektor Bidang II menyampaikan bahwa sebagai Perguruan Tinggi Negeri Badan Hukum (PTN BH), UNNES berkomitmen penuh untuk menjalankan pembangunan yang berkelanjutan dan tertib administrasi pertanahan. Hal ini dibuktikan peringkat UI Greenmetric meningkat jadi nomor 4.

“Penilaian ini adalah langkah strategis bagi UNNES untuk memastikan bahwa setiap jengkal pengembangan sarana prasarana kami tidak hanya mendukung kegiatan akademik, tetapi juga selaras dengan regulasi nasional mengenai tata ruang dan lingkungan hidup,” ujarnya.

Proses Verifikasi Lapangan
Tim dari Kementerian ATR/BPN didampingi Tim Aset UNNES dibawah koordinasi Agung Wiyanto melakukan peninjauan ke beberapa titik krusial. Proses verifikasi meliputi pemeriksaan batas-batas wilayah, penggunaan gedung-gedung baru, hingga fasilitas pendukung lainnya.

Pihak Kementerian menjelaskan bahwa audit ini bersifat preventif dan edukatif, bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi jika ditemukan ketidaksesuaian, sekaligus mengapresiasi institusi yang telah memenuhi standar kepatuhan tata ruang.

Sinergi untuk Pengembangan Kampus
Hasil dari penilaian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan bagi UNNES dalam menyusun rencana pengembangan infrastruktur di masa depan. Dengan kepatuhan ruang yang terjaga, UNNES optimistis dapat menciptakan ekosistem kampus yang nyaman, aman, dan legal secara hukum pertanahan.
