Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) menyelenggarakan Diskusi dan Best Practices “Layanan Prima di Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Beserta Tantangannya, bagi Kepala Bagian (Kabag) dan Sub Bagian (Kasubbag) di Lingkungan Universitas Negeri Semarang secara daring melalui aplikasi Zoom Meeeting, Selasa (19/05).

Rektor UNNES Prof Dr Fathur Rokhman M Hum menyampaikan dan mengarahkan kepada Kepala Bagian dan Sub Bagian untuk melakukan layanan prima dengan sepenuh hati. Layanan prima dilakukan di tingkat Universitas, Fakultas, maupun Lembaga agar menjaga nama baik UNNES.

“di masa pandemic covid 19 ini kita harus memberikan layanan dengan sepenuh hati, dengan keadaan yang sekarang ini layanan dilakukan secara pima” kata Prof Fathur.

Prof Dr Fathur Rokhman M Hum juga mengingatkan bahwa kita harus selalu bersyukur, tidak mengeluh, dan tetap bahagia dalam keadaan Masa Pandemi Covid-19.

Wakil Rektor Bidang Umum dan Keuangan (WR II) Dr S Martono M Si dalam diskusi memaparkan dalam melayani sepenuh hati harus menggunakan prinsip Kejelasan, Kepastian waktu, Akurat dalam melayani apa yang harus dilayani, memberikan keamanan disetiap pelayanan baik aman secara fisik maupun psikis, Tanggung Jawab, Kesederhanaan, Kelengkapan sarana prasarana, Kemudahan akses, Kedisiplinan kesopanan keramahan, dan Kenyamanan dalam melayani sepenuh hati.

Lebih lanjut WR II memapaparkan citra positif layanan prima, Hindari mengeluh di depan orang lain, Berusaha mengerti terlebih dahulu baru dimengerti, Jangan membuat orang menunggu terlalu lama, Bersikap ramah kontak mata pada saat bicara, Berilah senyuman tampilkan wajah gembira, Berbicara seperlunya,

Acara dilanjutkan pemaparan Best Practices masing-masing Kepala Bagian di lingkungan Universitas Negeri Semarang.

Dalam penutupnya Rektor berharap kepada seluruh Kepala Bagian di lingkungan UNNES agar menerapkan layanan prima dengan prinsip “melayani sepenuh hati”.
