Sebanyak 42 orang Calon Pegawai Tetap Non Pegawai Negeri Sipil atau Calon Pegawai Badan Layanan Umum (BLU) Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) mengikuti Pendidikan Dan Pelatihan (Diklat) Prajabatan Pola 50 jam pelajaran.

Ketua panitia Dr Sugianto MSi melaporkan, pelatihan ini dilaksanakan selama lima hari mulai Senin sampai Jumat (22-26/10/2018). Diikuti 42 orang terdiri atas Golongan III ada 18 orang (17 dosen, 1 tenaga kependidikan) dan  Golongan II berjumlah 24 orang, serta 1 orang izin karena sakit. Melibatkan 11 orang nara sumber.

Pelatihan dibuka oleh Rektor Prof Dr Fathur Rokhman MHum diwakili Wakil Rektor Bidang Umum dan Keuangan Dr S Martono MSi, Senin (22/10) di Lembaga Pengembangan Pendidikan dan Profesi (LP3) Kampus UNNES Sekaran Gunungpati.

Dr S Martono MSi menyampaikan, pelatihan pembentukan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil (CPNS) dilakukan melalui Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Prajabatan yang diselenggarakan dengan mengacu Peraturan Kepala Lembaga Administrasi Negara (LAN) Nomor 21 Tahun 2016 tentang Pedoman Penyelenggaraan Pelatihan Dasar Calon PNS.

Oleh karena tugas dan fungsi Pegawai BLU di UNNES tidak berbeda dengan PNS, maka penyelenggaraan Diklat Prajabatan Calon Pegawai Tetap BLU UNNES dilaksanakan dengan mengacu pada peraturan Kepala LAN Nomor 21 Tahun 2016 dan disesuaikan dengan karakteristik UNNES sebagai PTN Satker BLU.

Rambu-rambu penyelenggaraan Diklat ini juga, telah diatur dalam Peraturan Rektor UNNES Nomor 19 Tahun 2017.

Tujuan Diklat ini yaitu untuk membentuk pegawai BLU profesional yang berkarakter sehingga mampu melaksanakan tugas dan perannya secara profesional sebagai pelayan masyarakat.
