Ziarah ke Makam Leluhur, Prof Fathur: UNNES menjadi Besar Tak Lepas dari Peran Pendahulu

Dipimpin langsung oleh Rektor Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) Prof Dr Fathur Rokhman MHum, keluarga besar UNNES berziarah ke makam H. Mochtar mantan Presidium Institut Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (IKIP) Semarang.

Ziarah ke makam mantan presidium, rektor, wakil rektor, dan tokoh yang berjasa pada pengembangan UNNES merupakan agenda rutin setiap tahun dalam rangka Dies Natalis UNNES.

Rektor UNNES Prof Fathur Rokhman beserta rombongan diterima oleh Atyoso Mochtar dan keluarga, Selasa (29/3), di makam Bergota Semarang.

Prof Fathur menyampaikan, UNNES menjadi besar seperti sekarang ini tidak lepas dari pengabdian para pendahulu.

“UNNES bisa berkembang besar seperti sekarang ini tak lepas dari jasa para pimpinan pendahulu. Itulah kenapa, keluarga besar UNNES tak boleh melupakan jasa-jasa para perintis. Perjalanan yang sekarang saya jalankan ini merupakan perjuangan pemimpin terdahulu sehingga tidak ada niatan untuk melupakan jasa-jasa para pendahulu tersebut. Semoga amal kebaikannya mendapat imbalan dari Allah,” kata Prof Fathur.

Prof Fathur mengatakan setiap tahun ketika memperingati Dies Natalis UNNES keluarga besar UNNES melakukan ziarah ke makam sesepuh UNNES.

Atyoso Mochtar dan keluarga mengucapkan terima kasih setiap Dies Natalis UNNES melakukan ziarah ke makam leluhur para pimpinan UNNES termasuk ayahnya.

“Untuk itu kami sekeluarga mengucapkan selamat Dies Natalis ke-57, di usia ke-57 ini semoga UNNES berdiri tegak dan sukses seperti apa yang telah dicita-citakan,” jelasnya.

Ziarah dilanjutkan di makan Drs Hari Mulyono, mantan Rektor IKIP Semarang, di makam Cantung Mrican Semrang, mantan wakil Rektor Prof Soegijono Msi , Prof Satmoko (sesepuh pendidikan), dan Prof Sriningsih Satmoko (sesepuh pendidikan).
