Wujudkan Kampus Berintegritas, Unnes Gandeng KPK

Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes) bekerja sama dengan Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) untuk mewujudkan universitas berintegritas. Dua lembaga ini juga akan bekerja sama mengembangkan pendidikan antikorupsi di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) dan Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) di Jawa Tengah.

Dalam pertemuan yang digelar Rektor Unnes Prof Dr Fathur Rokhman MHum dengan Ketua KPK Abraham Samad di Jakarta, Selasa (11/2) kerja sama ini dibahas. Kedua lembaga sepakat melanjutkan kerja sama yang terjalin sejak 2006 saat KPK masih dipimpin Taufiqurohaan Ruki.

Dijelaskan Rektor, sejak saat itu berbagai kegiatan telah dilaksanakan untuk bahu-membahu memerangi korupsi. Saat pimpinan KPK dipimpin Antasari Azhar dan kemudian digantikan Busyro Muqodas, kerja sama tersebut terus dilaksanakan.

“Salah satu prinsip kerja kami adalah taat azas. Kami akan patuh regulasi-regulasi yang ada. Kerja sama dengan KPK dijalin agar kami tetap menjaga prinsip tersebut,” kata Rektor.

Abraham Samad menganggap kerja sama dengan perguruan tinggi adalah keniscayaan bagi lembaganya. Sebagai lembaga hukum dengan tugas besar, KPK tidak memiliki infrastruktur hingga ke daerah. Solusinya, KPK perlu menjalin kerja sama dengan masyarakat sipil.

“Kalau Kejaksaan Agung sampai di kabupaten, kepolisian sampai di kecamatan, KPK hanya ada di Jakarta. Maka, salah satu upaya kami untuk memberantas korupsi adalah menggandeng CSO (Civil Society Organization – red). Kampus tentu saja CSO yang sangat strategsi sebagai mitra,” katanya.

Abraham Samad menyebut, perguruan tinggi adalah lembaga yang cocok untuk menyebarkan virus antikorupsi. Sebagai Lembaga Pendidikan Tenaga Kependidikan (LPTK), Unnes memiliki “agen”penyebaran nilai antikroupsi melalui lulusannya yang bekerja menjadi guru.

“Virus korupsi sudah menyabar ke mana-mana. Untuk melawannya, kita akan sebarkan virus antikorupsi,” katanya.

Kerja sama Unnes-KPK juga telah dimulai dengan pertukaran literarur tentang korupsi. Kedua lembaga saling berbagi hasil riset, buku, dan jurnal tentang korupsi. Ke depan, riset-riset tentang korupsi antarkedua lembaga ini bisa diakses oleh civitas akademika maupun pegawai KPK.
