Wujudkan Anak Sehat dan Berkarakter, Mahasiswa GIAT 13 Gelar Program Inovasi Sosial di Desa Tembok

Mahasiswa GIAT 13 Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) melaksanakan program bertajuk “Inovasi Sosial Anak Desa: Dari Gizi Sehat ke Karakter Hebat” di dua sekolah dasar, yakni SD Negeri Tembok 1 dan SD Negeri Tembok 2, Kecamatan Limpung, Kabupaten Batang.

Program ini merupakan bentuk inovasi sosial di bidang pendidikan dan kesehatan yang bertujuan menumbuhkan kesadaran anak tentang pentingnya gizi seimbang, perilaku santun, serta kepedulian terhadap kebersihan lingkungan sejak usia dini.

Kegiatan diawali dengan senam pagi “Anak Indonesia Hebat” yang diikuti dengan antusias oleh siswa, guru, dan mahasiswa KKN. Setelah itu, peserta bersama-sama melakukan aksi bersih lingkungan sekolah, seperti memungut sampah, membersihkan halaman, dan merapikan taman sekolah sebagai bentuk kepedulian terhadap kebersihan lingkungan.

Selanjutnya, mahasiswa menyampaikan sosialisasi gizi dan minuman sehat. Dalam kegiatan ini dijelaskan manfaat susu Rellgood sebagai sumber protein dan kalsium yang penting untuk pertumbuhan tulang serta pencegahan stunting. Anak-anak juga diajak memahami pentingnya mengurangi konsumsi minuman berwarna dan terlalu manis karena dapat berdampak buruk pada kesehatan tubuh dan gigi.

Selain itu, mahasiswa turut memberikan edukasi tentang sikap anti-bullying melalui cerita dan permainan interaktif agar anak-anak belajar menghargai teman, bersikap sopan, dan membangun lingkungan sekolah yang ramah serta inklusif.

Sebagai penutup, siswa diajak mempraktikkan cara membuang kemasan susu ke tempat sampah dengan benar. Kegiatan sederhana ini menjadi simbol pembelajaran bahwa menjaga kebersihan adalah bagian dari karakter hebat yang perlu dimiliki setiap anak.

Koordinator kegiatan, Taufik Hidayat, menyampaikan bahwa pelaksanaan program di dua sekolah ini diharapkan dapat menjadi contoh inovasi sosial sederhana yang berdampak nyata bagi masyarakat.

“Kami ingin anak-anak tidak hanya sehat secara fisik, tetapi juga memiliki karakter baik dan peduli terhadap lingkungannya,” ujarnya.

Program “Inovasi Sosial Anak Desa: Dari Gizi Sehat ke Karakter Hebat” mendapat sambutan positif dari pihak sekolah dan siswa. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi program berkelanjutan yang menanamkan nilai hidup sehat, berkarakter, dan peduli lingkungan bagi generasi muda di Desa Tembok.
