Wisuda 988 Lulusan, UNNES Dorong Alumnus Jadi Pemimpin Digital Transformatif

Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) menggelar Upacara Wisuda Ke-127 pada Rabu (11/12/2024) di Gedung Auditorium Prof. Wuryanto UNNES. UNNES meluluskan 988 wisudawan dari jenjang D3, S1, S2, S3, dan profesi. Wisuda ini menjadi momentum penting dalam perjalanan pendidikan, di mana para lulusan dipersiapkan untuk menghadapi tantangan di dunia yang semakin digital.

Dalam pidatonya, Rektor UNNES, Prof. Dr. S Martono, M.Si., menegaskan komitmen UNNES untuk terus melahirkan pemimpin-pemimpin unggul. Guru Besar FEB UNNES itu mencontohkan melalui kegiatan pengukuhan 13 Guru Besar pada Selasa (3/12/2024). Pengukuhan tersebut merupakan salah satu langkah strategis UNNES untuk berinovasi dan beradaptasi dengan perkembangan zaman, sehingga siap menghadapi tantangan di era digital.

“Dunia semakin mengarah kepada digitalisasi. Harapannya, para wisudawan UNNES dapat menjadi pemimpin yang memegang kendali atas perubahan tersebut,” ungkap Prof. Martono. Ia mengingatkan bahwa kepemimpinan yang dibutuhkan pada era ini bukan hanya tentang memimpin individu atau organisasi, melainkan juga tentang kepemimpinan digital transformatif.

Di tengah revolusi digital yang mengubah segala aspek kehidupan, para wisudawan UNNES dianggap sebagai agen perubahan yang mampu memimpin di dunia yang semakin terhubung dengan teknologi.

Prof. Martono menjelaskan bahwa kepemimpinan di era digital ini layaknya seorang kapten kapal yang mengarungi lautan luas. Sebagai pemimpin, para wisudawan diharapkan mampu menggunakan kompas digital untuk mengarungi badai perubahan yang tak terduga. Ini adalah inti dari kepemimpinan digital transformatif—kemampuan beradaptasi, berinovasi, dan memanfaatkan teknologi untuk meraih tujuan yang lebih besar.

“Sebagai bagian dari keluarga besar UNNES, Saudara telah dipersiapkan untuk menjadi pemimpin yang tidak hanya cerdas dalam bidangnya, tetapi juga memiliki visi luas dan kemampuan untuk menginspirasi serta mempengaruhi orang lain dengan teknologi,” tambah Prof. Martono.

Teknologi, menurutnya, bukanlah tujuan itu sendiri, melainkan alat untuk mencapai tujuan yang lebih tinggi. Pemimpin digital transformatif adalah mereka yang tahu bagaimana cara menggunakan teknologi untuk menciptakan solusi baru, meningkatkan kualitas hidup, dan mengatasi tantangan global yang semakin kompleks.
