UPT Kearsipan UNNES Gelar Bimtek, Kuatkan Persiapan Menuju Akreditasi

Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) Kearsipan Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) terus berbenah dalam rangka mewujudkan lembaga kearsipan yang terakreditasi. Pada Rabu (27/8/25), UPT Kearsipan UNNES menyelenggarakan Bimbingan Teknis (Bimtek) Optimalisasi Pengawasan Kearsipan Internal.

Kegiatan ini menghadirkan perwakilan Kasubdit, Kepala seksi, serta pengelola arsip dari berbagai unit, badan, lembaga, dan fakultas di lingkungan UNNES. Hadir sebagai narasumber Yuanita Utami, S.I.P., M.Tr.I.P., Arsiparis Ahli Muda Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia (ANRI) yang sehari-hari bertugas sebagai pengawas kearsipan K/L/D, asesor akreditasi, sekaligus pengajar dalam Diklat Kearsipan di Pusdiklat ANRI.

Bimtek dipandu oleh moderator Eko Febrianto, S.Pd., M.Kom., Arsiparis Ahli Madya UNNES, serta dibuka langsung oleh Kepala UPT Kearsipan UNNES, Dr. Agung Kuswantoro, S.Pd., M.Pd. Dalam sambutannya, Dr. Agung menegaskan pentingnya akreditasi kearsipan bagi UNNES.

“Dengan akreditasi, pengelolaan arsip akan semakin berkualitas, meningkatkan efisiensi, memperkuat kepercayaan masyarakat, serta mendorong reputasi dan kualitas layanan kearsipan di UNNES,” ujar Dr. Agung.

Dalam paparannya, Yuanita Utami menekankan bahwa akreditasi kearsipan memerlukan perhatian pada dua aspek penilaian, yaitu pengawasan internal dengan bobot 40 persen dan pengawasan eksternal dengan bobot 60 persen. Ia juga menyoroti pentingnya pengisian Audit Sistem Kearsipan Internal (ASKI) baik dari Unit Pengolah (UP) maupun Unit Kearsipan (UK), serta pemenuhan aspek arsip dinamis, statis, vital, terjaga, sumber daya manusia, hingga sarana dan prasarana kearsipan.

UNNES sendiri telah menjalani pengawasan eksternal ANRI pada tahun 2022 dengan capaian predikat “baik”. Hasil tersebut kini menjadi pijakan penting bagi UNNES untuk semakin memantapkan langkah menuju akreditasi kearsipan.

Melalui berbagai upaya penguatan, UNNES menargetkan dapat meraih akreditasi kearsipan dari ANRI. Pencapaian ini diharapkan mampu memperkuat kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap UNNES sebagai perguruan tinggi yang unggul dalam tata kelola kearsipan.
