UPT Kearsipan UNNES Adakan Webinar Nasional: Pandemi Covid-19 Mengantarkan Arsiparis Yang Mandiri

Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) Kearsipan Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) menyelenggarakan webinar kearsipan yang bertema ”Peluang dan Tantangan Kinerja Arsiparis Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19”. Acara dilakukan secara virtual melalui platform zoom meeting

Hadir dua narasumber dalam kegiatan tersebut yaitu Drs Bambang Parjono Widodo MSi dari ANRI dan Madha SPd MM dari Kemendikbudristek yang dimoderatori oleh Djoko Legowo SPd MM (arsiparis UNNES).

Acara dibuka oleh Wakil Rektor Bidang Umum dan Keuangan Prof Dr S Martono MSi. Dalam sambutannya menyampaikan kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi kepada nyata kepada Agara meningkatkan kinerja dalam masa pandemi Covid-19.

“Arsiparis dituntut harus cerdas dalam menata pekerjaannya sesuai dengan perkembangan saat ini. Apalagi dengan adanya pandemi Covid-19 seperti ini,” ujar Prof Martono.

Drs Bambang Parjono Widodo, M Si mengatakan jabatan fungsional arsiparis pasca berlakunya Undang-Undang ASN, bahwa penilaian kinerja jabatan fungsional arsiparis dilakukan berdasarkan Nilai Sasaran Kinerja Pegawai (SKP) dengan mengedepankan Standar Kualitas Hasil Kerja Arsiparis, sehingga tercipta Arsiparis yang mandiri dan independen.

“Mandiri artinya menguasai kompetensi pekerjaan sesuai jenjang jabatannya. Sedangkan, independen artinya mampu menggunakan kewenangan tanpa dipengaruhi dari pihak lain,” tegasnya.

Sedangkan Madha SPd MM mengatakan penetapan prestasi kerja arsiparis meliputi penetapan Angka Kredit Kumulatif Tahunan (AKKT) dan penetapan Angka Kredit Kumulatif (AKK).

“AKKT adalah angka kredit kumulatif minimal per tahun yang harus dicapai oleh Arsiparis sesuai jenjang jabatannya dalam kurun waktu 1 (satu) tahun periode penilaian untuk dapat terhindar dari nilai kinerja kurang atau buruk. Untuk AKK sendiri itu adalah angka kredit kumulatif minimal yang harus dicapai oleh Arsiparis untuk dapat direkomendasikan naik pangkat dan jabatansesuai jenjang jabatan masingmasing Arsiparis” jelasnya.

Kepala UPT Kearsipan UNNES, Agung Kuswantoro SPd MPd berharap kegiatan ini sebagai jawaban atas pertanyaan arsiparis mengenai sasaran kinerja yang harus dicapai saat ini. Keadaan yang serba susah, bukan berarti arsiparis itu pasif, namun harus lebih aktif dan kreatif, pungkasnya.

Acara ini diikuti 280 peserta baik dari arsiparis, penata arsip, pengelola dokumen di lingkungan UNNES, lembaga/instansi dan perguruan tinggi mitra UPT Kearsipan UNNES.

Peserta yang berasal dari perguruan tinggi/instansi pendidikan yaitu UNPAD, UPN Veteran Yogyakarta, UNJ, Universitas Papua, UNY, UGM, Universitas Brawijaya, IPB, IAIN Kudus, IPDN, Institut Teknologi Sumatra, UNSOED, dan lainnya.

Sedangkan peserta yang berasal dari instansi yaitu ANRI Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Jawa Tengah, Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kota Semarang, Kementerian Keuangan, Kementerian Sosisal, Kementerian Agama, Badan Penanggulangan Bencana, Lembaga Sensor Film, dan instansi lainnya.
