UNNES Terjunkan 2.224 Mahasiswa Program UNNES GIAT di 9 Kabupaten/Kota Jawa Tengah

Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) kembali menerjunkan 2.224 mahasiswa terbaiknya dalam kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) UNNES GIAT Angkatan 3 di bertempat di lapangan Rektorat. Mereka akan ditempatkan di 9 Kabupaten/Kota di Jawa Tengah.

UNNES GIAT yang merupakan Bentuk Kegiatan Pembelajaran Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (BKP MBKM) program Unggulan UNNES.

Dalam melepas peserta UNNES GIAT Angkatan 3 pada Jumat (14/10), Wakil Rektor Bidang Umum dan Keuangan Prof Dr S Martono MSi berpesan agar mahasiswa berkontribusi aktif dalam memberikan manfaat sebanyak-banyaknya bagi masyarakat.

“UNNES GIAT atau KKN ini bukan ajang untuk liburan, bukan untuk jalan-jalan, dan bukan untuk bermain tapi untuk memberikan pengalaman belajar kepada mahasiswa untuk hidup di tengah masyarakat di luar kampus, yang secara langsung bersama-sama masyarakat mengidentifikasi potensi dan menganalisis masalah di masyarakat. Sehingga mahasiswa diharapkan mampu merancang solusi untuk masalah yang ada dan mengembangkan potensi desa/kelurahan,” kata Prof Martono.

Mengingat pentingnya kegiatan ini, Prof Martono mengatakan melalui kegiatan UNNES GIAT Angkatan 3 ini, diharapkan mahasiswa memiliki kepedulian sosial dan dapat berkontribusi untuk memanfaatkan ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi, dan keterampilan yang dimilikinya.

“Harapanya dapat mengasah softskill mahasiswa, kerjasama tim lintas disiplin/keilmuan (lintas kompetensi), dan leadership mahasiswa dalam mengelola program pembangunan di wilayah mitra,” jelasnya.

Prof Martono menyebutkan mahasiswa akan mengimplementasikan 5 bidang yakni Pendidikan, Ekonomi, Lingkungan, Budaya, dan Kesehatan.

“Para mahasiswa dapat berkolaborasi bersama Pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota dalam upaya percepatan penurunan angka stunting dan peningkatan capaian SDGs Desa di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Karena stunting dan SDGs merupakan isu nasional yang harus kita selesaikan bersama,” ucap Prof Martono.

Selain itu, implementasi digitalisasi dalam berbagai aktifitas di lokasi mitra menjadi prioritas dalam UNNES GIAT Angkatan 3.

“Konsep dasar digitalisasi sangat penting untuk mendukung pengelolaan sumber daya mitra melalui kegiatan dalam bidang pendidikan, ekonomi, kesehatan, budaya, dan lingkungan. Untuk itu jaga nama baik UNNES,” tegasnya.

Sementara itu, Sekertaris LPPM UNNES Prof Dr Sucihatiningsih Dian Wisika Prajanati MSi dalam laporannya menyampaikan, 2.224 mahasiswa UNNES GIAT Angkatan 3 yang akan ditempatkan di 9 Kabupaten/Kota yaitu Kab Wonosobo, Kab Temanggung, Kab Magelang, Kab Blora, Kab Rembang, Kab Kudus, Kab Tegal, Kab Semarang, Kota Semarang.

“Degan rincian Kab Wonosobo 367, Kab Temanggung 467, Kab Magelang 390, Kab Blora 91, Kab Rembang 265, Kab Kudus 236, Kab Semarang 186, Kab Tegal 173 dan Kota Semarang 50,” jelasnya.

Sebelumnya, para mahasiswa UNNES GIAT diberikan pembekalan Kepala Disperakim Prov Jateng, Kepala, Dinas Kesehatan Jateng, Kepala Kanwil Bea Cukai Jateng DIY, Pandu Digital Kemenkominfo, Kepala Bappeda Lokasi UNNES GIAT,dan Satgas KKN LPPM UNNES.
